Usually get a great manicure with acrylic fill and gel polish. Need more bronze or copper colors for fall. I like to color with the seasons. Had the best pedicure ever!

Went in today and not only were they so sweet they also did AMAZING WORK. Beautiful set on both my hands and toes, so so relaxing and also the most affordable in Wichita. I’ve never written a review for a nail salon but they honestly deserve 10/5 stars. I’ve never felt better. Came here for my birthday and will continue to come, if you haven’t given them a shot yet I can’t encourage you enough to.

I’ve been to this place a few times over the years mostly for the convenience but I don’t think I’ll be returning. I was sat down and not given a wait time. The place was hot and they were propping the doors open with pieces of wood. As I waited, someone walked through and carelessly knocked the wood off. I got up and fixed it and for some reason the nail tech near by yelled “are you hot?!” And it caused everyone (clients and other staff) to stare at me. I told her that I was just fixing how the door was since someone knocked it over. This caused me to feel really self conscious, I continued to wait and it didn’t seem anyone was about to finish so I tried to discreetly walk out since there are tons of other salons near by. As I got in my car the owner literally runs out looking crazy waving his hands telling me to come back and how they’re ready for me. I should have drove off because that’s just too much. So I walk back in and I can hear clients laughing at me and how I must have something going on with that man. I also had some leftover acrylic from my last set, the tech laughed at my nails and made comments about how thick they were. She asked me where did I get them done at, little does she know I’m a self taught nail tech. Too many awkward incidents in one visit.

Have been going here for years but going on a busy not so busy flday was definitely not a good idea first they had me and my mom wait for almost 2 hours fprna simple pedicure when we finally got it the service it's was mediocre and they didn't bother to put on the disposable sandals so as soon as I go outside both picky color come right off when I tell Tommie if he could fix it I received attitude and he "fixed" it was even worse then the original polish that was already terrible next time when busy they should really try not having people sit there waiting forever just to get a rushed job I would've been perfectly fine coming back at a different time the girls were nice that's why they got at least a 2 star

I came to this salon on a Friday, they also looked understaffed that day. I waited about 1 hour and 30mins to get treated. This guy who was going to do my nails looked very rushed and didn’t seem like he was focussing on my nails. I wanted this specific style and I even showed him the picture I wanted but I feel like he didn’t even try. When he was done he was trying to convince me that it looked exactly like the picture but it didn’t at all looked like it. It looked horrible. I was highly disappointment.

I waited more than an hour to get a pedicure, which is ridiculous and I should have left sooner, but just as I was getting ready to leave the guy in charge screams at a woman and she hurries over and stays on my toes so I didn’t leave. Then when I was getting ready to pay she told me that they’re charging $1 extra for using my credit card! I won’t be back

I went in asked for a full set acrylic showed the man pictures of the design I wanted. He decided to use dip powder in stead of what I asked for but not only that they are absolutely not what I wanted AT ALL and usually I'm not to picky but these are just not acceptable. At the end he charged me $60 for nails I didn't even like and I let him know that (politely). Also its the very next day and 2 have already broken off. Im in total disbelief and I feel jaded. I would not recommend this place solely because of that nail tech. the other techs are probably wonderful that's why there in business still cause this job is pitiful

My wife has set down for over 3 hours, they didn’t do a good job at all, let alone they used the wrong color. i would never recommend this place to nobody… i’m completely baffled that this place is still in business..

Reasonable prices, great staff and lots of technicians. It was the first time a guy did my eyebrows, he did a great job. It's one of the biggest salons around.

The customer service was awful. I went in requesting a dip powder and when the nail tech asked me what shape I wanted I requested Oval which she then proceeded by telling me that "Oval looks old" and did a stiletto shape on my nails instead. Then I requested shellac on my toes, without the pedicure service because I was low on time but needed them painted for an event later that night, the lady that did my shellac was talking down on my toes INSISTING I get a pedicure which I understand they might be required to try to upsell but I counted a total of 5 times that I had to tell her No, and that I didn't have time. It was also quite embarrassing for her to talk down on my toes and that the polish wasn't going to look good unless I got a pedicure service. Making fun of a PAYING CUSTOMER is NO way to try and upsell a service. I think it should also be noted that No means just that, NO. She also pointed out that I didn't leave a tip (which I obviously wasn't going to after I was made fun of throughout my service). Nails Today was packed so I decided to give this place another try because my mom used to be a regular here, but I will NEVER be coming back. Obviously there's a reason they are always empty and aren't as successful.
