From booking my appointment to stepping into the spa and throughout my time with her, Annette was incredibly accommodating and soothing. Amb Day Spa offers a personalized and intimate setting that exudes calmness and relaxation from the moment you arrive. I indulged in the Tranquil Retreat package service and was thoroughly impressed with the treatment. I eagerly anticipate my next visit to Amb Day Spa for more rejuvenating services.

This place is awesome! I was informed by my doctor I had some female health issues, I came here twice for a steam and once for a castor oil packet. I went to my doctor in December 2018 and was informed that all problems had cleared up. Ladies if you have female problems such as blocked tubes, fibroids, or uncomfortable issues with your uterus, etc. please check this place out. Annette is wonderful and she has great advice about self healing. Even if you’re trying to do spiritual work, check it out. I can not say enough wonderful things about this Amb Spa or the owner. Money well spent with great results.

Annette was very nice! If you’re in need of a VERY firm massage this is a great place. It was too firm for my prenatal massage, left more sore than when I came in. Woke up with some bruising after the massage from the pressure.

I was gifted a massage and facial for my birthday and both were a great experience. It was my first facial and I can’t wait to get another one, it felt so luxurious. Amb has great pricing compared to other spas the area.

Annette is amazing at what she does. She trained with the best during her time in California and does all kind of holistic services. Her place is clean and quiet. You can tell she takes pride in her business and work. I highly recommend booking a spa day for a treat for yourself! It's truly one of a kind.

Recently moved to the area and needed a relaxing massage after a long distance drive and unpacking. I had a hot stone 90-minute massage, and it was amazing! The spa is clean, relaxing, and affordable, and Annette works wonders! She worked out all the knots and was so pleasant. I will definitely be back!

The facial was nice, no extractions. Very firm neck massage. Massage was underwhelming. Asked for leg massage, specifically hamstring, and it was less than 1 minute on each. Not good for a runner looking for relief.

The space is serene and tranquil! ANNETTE has hands of magic and her energy is so calming. I prefer her space over a chain facility where there's no personal attention felt and you're rushed through your session. Her space is intimate & smells fabulous. She has a customer for life!

Lovely spa tucked away in a shopping center! I received a gift certificate for my birthday and Annette was absolutely amazing. I did the relaxing facial massage and the acupressure really helped clear up my awful spring allergies. I’ll be coming back!

Amb Day Spa is truly amazing. In the past I've tried different spas but none made me feel such at ease like Amb. Annette, makes sure to make you feel comfortable in a warm and inviting environment. She is also extremly knowledgable and will answer all your questions while providing her expertise on skincare, wellness, and other holistic areas. I say this in all honesty...Amb is my favorite Day Spa in Cary, NC. 10/10 !!

I am so disappointed. I scheduled a appointment for 12:30 today and just arrived at 12:15pm. As I am getting out my car I get an voicemail from someone from the spa stating they scheduled me in error. I drove 20 miles from my home for this service and someone callls me 15mins before my service to say it has to be cancelled. Are you serious.... I head into the building to talk to someone and the door is locked. I amd standing into of their door now writing this review because i can hear someone in there and i know they hear me knocking. So unprofessional. I am extremely disappointed because someone could have callef me this morning. I would have understood before if the call came sooner. NOT right before my appointment.

I went for a hand and foot reflexology massage. It was heavenly!! What a treat! I fell asleep that night at 9pm and slept all the way to 6:30 the next morning. I now believe that foot massages help with sleep issues as well! Will be going back again! Thank you, Annette!!

I went to Amb day spa for the Yoni Diamond package. The owner, Annette was very cordial and helpful. On the intake form she asks us to check off any issues we may have emotionally or with our yoni; she offered things I could do at home to help with my problems. She even printed out the suggestions during my steam. The steam itself was very pleasant and relaxing. I will definitely go again.
