Called after reading so many good reviews about XAVIER, I was told he didn’t work there anymore very rudely TMI “I fired him.” I don’t even know the person!!!!However it was rude and very unprofessional of the owner tone of voices and TMI. If it was the owner, or just the manager. I would reevaluate what I say about other ppl because it say a lot about YOU! Anyways who knows where Xavier is located currently? lol

Xavier did an AMAZING job with my hair. He was able to fix a previously botched job someone else did. Gave it bounce, volume and blended it all very well. Super sweet person and just an all around great vibe from him. Definitely will be coming back. 💙

Xavier is amazing. His coloring skills are next to none and the cuts he gives me look good for literally months! He never cuts too much and I always get compliments on my hair. Plus he’s a wonderful human.

Simply put…Xavier is magical! I have been a client of his for over 15 years now and hope to double that number. I have very fine/thin hair and he is the only stylist that I have seen that has the ability to double the volume. I have had many short hairstyles and color and all were done to perfection. His attention to detail is like no other and his creative eye cannot be matched. If you are looking for a stylist that can bring the best version of yourself out in a hairstyle, look no further. Xavier Grajeda is a great hairstylist. I have a lot of curly and like it straight and he does an amazing job with cutting, coloring and blowouts. He make me feel beautiful when I leave the salon. Ambience Hair Salon is cozy and relaxing environment with the owner Mona making you feel at home. I love the products (Aveda) that they use. Overall a wonderful experience that I would recommend for everyone to try.

I have been going to Xavier since I moved to EP. I’m a curly girl and both my girls are. He is the only person I trust with my curls. So ofc I took my youngest for her first haircut with him. She loves it. He’s so sweet, listens and truly gifted at what he does.

Xavier did an amazing job on my haircut and highlights. It feels healthy and volumous. Because I have such a vast amount of hair and it is thick and ash brunette, every stylist has a challenge getting the right color the first time. For years and years I have gone to plenty of recommended hair stylist, and disapointed that I didn't get the color bc of the thickness. He did it on the first try without burning it, using Aveda, which is Chemical free. From previously having my hair burned he cut it to precise amount, others would have chopped it all off. To top it all off he is a great therapist, and listened to every detail while doing my hair. With the hard knocks of life, he gave me the royal treatment. I'm not kidding. I felt like a queen. He is excellent in what he does, a perfectionist, and a master of hair. My hair has gotten a lot of compliments lately. So grateful that the salon also matches his wonderful energy and it is one with a comfortable ambience. (Probably the reason for the name) The manager made me feel right at home offering me a coffee, very courteous. Also one of the only salons that uses Aveda. It was a Godsend experience, for reals, I am not exaggerating. Xavier is a professional stylist he will not disappoint.

Xavier is the only person who can successfully do my hair. We have gone to many others but they either butcher it or flat out refuse because I have too much hair. Not for Xavier, he accepted the challenge and he did it like it was nothing. The hair came out exactly how we wanted it. It is gorgeous, he never disappoints. We will follow him to the ends of the earth. Highly recommend him and he's very trustworthy. Not to mention precise. This man can do it all. Love him!!

Xavier has been my hairstylist for over a decade now and I can definitely say that every time I go with him he never disappoints. Both of my daughters come all the way to El Paso from las cruces to get their hair done by him. He truly is good at his craft and I would recommend. The environment in the salon is very nice and friendly the Owner Mona is very attentive and friendly you will not be disappointed.

This salon is an Aveda concept salon, which means it not only smells amazing, it also provides the best quality, chemical free, natural products. I've been getting my hair cut by Xavier for almost a year now and I'm so grateful that I found him! It's difficult to find a good stylist that can cut curly hair, but he is definitely the best person for it. He's very attentive, careful with his work, and very easy-going. The owner, Mona, is also very sweet and offered me coffee and sweet bread during my last visit. Such a wonderful and calming environment with great services.
