This location is so friendly and can always find an appt. Very low employee turn-over makes it easy as well to request the nail technician and know they will still be there.

I have been going to Ambiance for at least 10 years. I see Kelly but if she is unavailable, there are always really good and talented people to do my nails. I also get pedicures! My whole family has a tradition of pedicures together every Christmas Eve and they accommodate! They make it fun too!

My wife had me come here and I will not go anywhere else. Holly is the best. She does everything very, very well. Now Kelly has my wife all to her self my wife would prefer her over anybody else.

Never again will we go to this location. My daughter was cut, and no apologies from the nail tech. She cut them way too short, and then my daughter told her what she wanted for a color, and it's not what she wanted

Decided to go in on whim for a pedicure. My technician was asking me questions about why I don't get pedicures more often, where I usually go and made comments that they didn't do a good job. She then asked to see my fingers and tried to talk me into getting SNS since I was already there and she claimed that they needed to be redone, because they looked bad. They did not. She also came on pretty strong about me using gel on my toes instead of regular polish. It was only after she did the first two toes that she told me it would cost extra. So instead of a nice and relaxing pedicure, I left there feeling terrible about myself and I felt taken advantage off. I will not be back.

I had a disappointing experience. This place was always the go to so I wasn’t expecting this. I kept getting convinced to do dip even though I didn’t want to, to the point that the technician was commenting on how my nails were weak. The nail service was clearly rushed and ended up looking thick and uneven. We love this place, so was not expecting to be disappointed.
