This is a great nails salon I love the staff very professional, kind, compassion, take care of their client, every time that I walk in the service is superrrr and beyond. The owner (lily) OMG she is amazing she did my facial treatments and I can see the results. Anna, jennifer Sadia ,, Carla yuni and the rest of the staff they are amazing. When they do my mani or pedi they really care. I will recommend this salon 100%. Thank u all for make feel great and beautiful🙏♥️🌺🌸💐🌼

Went in there on Friday morning for a pedicure and it was a terrible experience. I asked for a pedicure and brought my own gel polish that I wanted. I asked for a simple acrylic overlay for my big toes to strength them, nothing fancy and she charged me $30 for it. I think it’s insane she charged me $15 per toe for a thin layer of clear acrylic. I’ve never been to a salon where they charge so much for that. I feel like it was insanely overcharged. And as the cherry on top, I’m writing this on Sunday because I’ve developed an infection on both of my big toes from her digging into the nail bed with a cuticle clipper that she pulled out of her tool rack. It was clearly not cleaned before and I only wonder how many people she used that clipper on before me. Super disappointed for a $100 pedicure.

I will preface by saying they’re super sweet & hard working. They do a great, detailed & intentional job. I love my nails! 3 stars because I do not recommend setting an appointment. I set an appointment for 11:30 for 3 people, one got sat & started immediately, one got sat & didn’t get started for 35 min and I didn’t get sat until 12:45 … ended up being there for almost 3.5 hours & no one has time for that. We missed our lunch reservation & took up way too much of our afternoon. They shouldn’t let you make an apt if you’re still going to have to wait that long. Again, very sweet people who do a great job! Just don’t ever want my nails to take so long again

Love the place, the service is always top notch and the girls are all great. They have a variety of colors and services to everyone. The owner is super sweet. I would recommend it.

Highly upset!!! I’m very upset on not speaking up when I had the chance too because I feel like I got ROBBED with the pricing and style of my nails. This is my second time coming here and definitely my last time. First time I came, I got lucky with one of the nail techs, I forgot her name sadly. But the second time around they definitely overcharged me on the nails I left with!!! First time, I paid $75 for acrylic nails, they were nice and long almond shaped nails with designs of heart and with color. I left happy and satisfied. The second time I came, they did not have the color I wanted so I told the nail tech I would just pay her for the nails without any color or gel. She told me okay sounds good, later she ends up putting a clear gel on me and says it’s to protect the base of the nail??? I was confused but I just let her do her job since she knows more. I got almond shape as well but these have been the shortest nails I’ve ever gotten!!! And the total of the price was $70 which I found INSANE since these nails I left with, were definitely not worth that price. Truly felt like they overcharged me and am very upset. If you come next time please be more vocal and get your moneys worth!

Le pongo una estrella porea la forma de poder colocar una opinión pero no se merecen ni una. Fui con cita y hora previa, me hicieron esperar 30 minutos. El lugar es sucio, no respetan ni una norma de higiene ni en trabajo, ni en el salón. Comen encima del cliente, las bandejas de comida sobre-vuelan las cabezas de las clientes; comida y bebidas en las mesitas de trabajo llenas de polvo de uñas. Cotorrean a los gritos,risas, gritos, aturde tanto bullicio, se sale de allí con dolor de cabeza. Todas son jefas, no hay una tarifa establecida y de haberla no la respetan. Cobran el corte de uñas, el color seleccionado y el trabajo todo separado y según la cara del cliente y previo consenso popular. No te dan un recibo con el detalle. La calidad del trabajo es en general malo a salvo de una que trabaja medianamente bien. Caro, muy caro para recibir mediocridad. La dueña aparenta no entender nada. No lo recomiendo, no regresaré y al contar mi mala experiencia, muchas personas coinciden.

I really used to love this nail salon, the ladies always do a great job. They are always looking for ways to make sure the clients, although so diverse, are pleased and taken care of. But lately, when I go do my nails they don't have the product they offer (TAP only transparent or very limited colors). When getting the transparent gel, then nails need to be colored, which adds to the total. I have wondered, if that is why they are not bringing new material? Also, they advertise some kind of "points" system on the website, but I have yet to benefit from it.....or they are not really doing it?

Terrible!!! I go in for a spa pedicure and choose from the menu at a price of $35.00 no problem go do it… when completed I give the technician a $10.00 cash tip for the service. I go to pay for the spa pedicure and they tell me $42.00 dollars. I question it and they say we used the cheese grater on your heels…. Well that is part of the pedicure? This place is typical of a Latin atmosphere where you speak English and they speak Spanish screwing you in the process !!!! Never again with this business practice!!! TERRIBLE

I really hate to be that person, but I was so disappointed by the customer service. I was a new customer and I made an appointment earlier in the week because I saw they were open on Sundays which was perfect for my work schedule. There was a storm but I didn’t receive any cancellation message so I assume they were open. I guess that was my mistake? When we arrive, a lady blonde hair and glasses young, didn’t have the keys to open the establishment repeating “I always have my keys I always have my keys” it was already 10 the time I scheduled. but because of the storm I was very patient. Once we are let in she goes to check us in and then proceeds to tell me that the nail tech I was scheduled under (Maya) isn’t answering her phone. During that time someone else walked in with a chipped nail and she was seated and attended too right away by a blonde hair lady with a grey shirt on. In the mean time the front desk lady kept repeating that “she sent the schedule in a group chat and for the nail techs not to call her because they wake her up in the morning.” She offered another lady to do our services but she was allergic and could not complete it. Listen. I wouldn’t be upset had she said “it doesn’t fall on me because I sent the schedule” and didn’t offer to reschedule. While there was someone getting her nails worked on…yikes. In the end I left with a bad customer service and bare nails. ~~~ Realmente odio ser esa persona, pero el servicio al cliente me decepcionó mucho. Era una cliente nueva y conseguí una cita al principios de la semana porque vi que estaban abiertos los domingos, lo cual era perfecto para mi horario de trabajo. Hubo una tormenta pero no recibí ningún mensaje de cancelación, así que supongo que estaban abiertos. ¿Supongo que ese fue mi error? Cuando llegamos, una señora joven de pelo rubio y espejuelos , no tenía las llaves para abrir el establecimiento repitiendo “siempre tengo mis llaves siempre tengo mis llaves” ya eran las 10 la hora de mi appointment. pero debido a la tormenta tuve mucha paciencia. Una vez que nos dejan entrar, ella va a registrarnos y luego procede a decirme que la técnica (Maya) no contesta su teléfono. Durante ese tiempo, alguien más entró con una uña rota y una señora de cabello rubio y una camisa gris la sentó y la atendió de inmediato. Mientras tanto la recepcionista seguía repitiendo que “envió el horario en un group chat y que las manicuristas no la llamaran porque la despiertan en la mañana”. Ofreció a otra señora hacer nuestros servicios pero era alérgica y no pudo completarlo. Escuchen, No me habría molestado si ella hubiera dicho “no me corresponde a mí porque envié el schedule” y ni ofrecido un reschedule. Mientras había alguien a quien le arreglaban las uñas... yikes. Al final estoy muy decepcionada y sin servicio.
