April has been amazing every time I go in, she does an amazing job, very friendly and charismatic. She makes me feel relaxed, comfortable, and always exceeds my expectations. I’ve had to reschedule lots of times and she is always glad to accommodate her schedule to fit mine. I have another session left and so far I would say I’m 80% hair free. I highly recommend April at American Laser Med Spa to anyone! She’s awesome 😊

Talk about a huge disappointment! My entire experience has been horrific. I even had a board certified surgeon look at my treated areas and he had nothing nice to say about this facility or my treatments. I’ve been burned, scarred and I have no results. I’ve been receiving laser hair treatment for 2 years and I haven’t seen any results. The first tech I had was soon fired after my first treatment, the second one was the manager who said she didn’t know what she was doing and now has also been fired. Third tech, fired. Today the new tech said everyone in the entire office has been fired. Wow! They can’t keep a knowledgeable staff. Don’t bother calling corporate. I had to file 3 complaints to even get one call back and when I did, she extremely discourteous and unapologetic for any of my complaints. Today, she called me a liar, said she’d refund me for her employees being untrained and selling me the wrong package, but when I accepted the refund, she threw a child like tantrum and quickly said she wouldn’t refund me. She said she’d only refund me if I continued treatment. No thanks, I’ve been burned and scarred enough by this “spa”. Bipolar, rude, unprofessional and a total lack of customer service. I walked out on her while we was talking but made sure to tell her one last employee that she probably should find a better place to work, this place is on a downward spiral and fast.

Their laser has been very effective, removing hair permanently on the legs. Also, the technician April is quick and professional. I recommend this place you’re looking for a laser hair removal.

This is the second time I’m getting a treatment here and I’be definitely seen good results. The first time I came for armpits and in 6 treatments, at least 80% of my hair was gone, no side effects. This time, I am getting full body treatment and am seeing improvement just after my first treatment. The technician is very knowledgeable and comfortable to get these treatments with. I wish the office was a bit cozier, especially as I’ve been to other spas/clinics and usually other facilities have better snack/viewing options.

I love this place and their laser works wonders! I used to have a ton of black hairs that I would have to tweeze every week. This is 4 months without plucking, no more black hairs!! The woman that did my treatments was a sweetheart, thank you American laser med spa, ill be back to get more areas done:)

I've been wanting this treatment for a while. A soon as I walked in for a consultation, April was suuuuuuuuper nice and helpful. She helped me understand the process, how many sessions, and how it would all work. She is the one that does my treatments and I could not be more comfortable. She is very flexible with my schedule and helps me accommodate the times. Besides that, she is very VERY patient with my dramatics and low pain tolerance. Every time I go, I enjoy talking to her and the whole session. I have about 5 treatments and have seen a difference that I am most definitely happy with!

I've had laser hair removal (armpits). Every person is different so it's impossible to say if the treatment worked in removing hair permanently. There has been a significant difference. In regards to the staff, they are all friendly. They also send emails or text messages asking how your are doing, about 2 weeks after the treatments, to note progress or concerns.
