Hey y’all, all I can say if you want a salon that listens to what you want and gives you exactly that, go to Amethyst Salon! My stylist Anna all I can say is oh my gosh! I got a thorn in my butt one day and decide to box dye my hair, first time doing it EVER! Let’s say it didn’t work out at all! Anna was able to bring my national red back and then some. She even stayed two hours after closing to finish it. The owner Kelly is just amazing and the whole staff makes you feel like your going in and having a spa day with your closest friends. After 46 years of life I have found my stylist for life .

The owner is very rude and doesn’t know how to treat her clients. I had been going to a stylist there a few times. I scheduled all of my appointments 8 weeks in advance and the last time I went the owner told me the girl I had been going to no longer worked there and they didn’t contact me to reschedule me with anyone else. She asked if she wanted me to call someone else in to do my hair instead. I drove an hour and a half from Sedona where I live to get my hair done so yes, I wanted to get my hair done that day still. She said the girl would be there in 15 minutes. I thought that wasn’t too bad until 45 minutes went by and she finally showed up. She did an ok job but it was not exactly what I wanted. I told her what I wanted different and she said she would do it next time. I scheduled my next appointment 8 weeks out again and now, 2 days before my appointment they sent me an automated text to confirm my appointment and it shows that it’s with a different stylist that I had never met. They didn’t call me to tell me or to ask me. They just changed it. Most clients do not want different stylists each time they get their hair done and we especially don’t want to be surprised and uninformed of changes every time we come in. I tried to call to cancel my appointment but they won’t answer their phones. Never going back there again.

Wonderful place to get my hair done. I've been coming here for awhile. The hair stylists here were able to do my hair how I wanted it. All staff here are nice and friendly and fun.

I honestly wish i could give 0 stars . this is absolutely unacceptable. Im so embarrassed to even leave the house. This photo was taken the morning after i left the salon . ive been having my hair colored for years and never have i experienced something like this.

Worst Hair Experience I tried this Salon as the reviews and photos were good. I saw Treasure and asked for bright blonde highlights with ashy root. Also wanted a modern angled fun cut. The service started out good… and then she dropped two globs of bleach on my shoes. I had to ask her to get it off as I know the bleach will bleach anything and keep lifting if not removed. These were brand new shoes…I knew they were already ruined as I am also a hair stylist. She acted like it was no big deal and told me to dye them!! I have already light hair and my hair is pretty easy to do… I was very surprised when done and my hair looked dark gold. I asked for platinum. When the lifter is not on long enough this is what happens and the only way to get correct results is to re-do everything. Total waste of time and extra damage to hair. I couldn’t believe it. Also did not get anything close to the cut I wanted.. got a basic boring shorter in front layers. When called back to have corrected the front desk girl gave me a slew of excuses and contradicted herself. Said because it was before two weeks they couldn’t do anything… then later said because it was after two weeks they couldn’t do anything. Treasure herself told me to wait two weeks and then contact if I wanted it lighter. It was ridiculous. I asked to speak with owner. The owner called me and was quite defensive and rude and told me no one gets exactly what they want?! My clients do. I said I need it to be redone or a refund so I can go elsewhere to have redone. I was told that Treasure and the front desk girl said I was very rude and made Treasure cry.?!! Unreal. After an uncomfortable conversation we came to a compromise that another stylist would see me as Treasure said she would not. I honestly did not want to come back at all after all of that but was trying to be open minded. The second stylist did a much better job much closer to what I wanted but still not what I wanted. And of course it damaged my hair a lot! I thought a lot about leaving this review or not as I know the hair industry can be difficult at times and exhausting at times. But this has overall been the worst experience I have ever had with any business! I still can’t believe it when I think about it. I think others should know as I’m sure others have had bad experiences also. You cannot treat clientele like this. Overall worst experience I’ve ever had with extreme immaturity. Master stylists absolutely not.

Recently moved to Anthem and needed to find a hairdresser. Took a chance and got an appointment with Vivian. She is truly talented and it was the best haircut I’ve had in a long time. I was so pleased! She is talented!

I had a great experience at luxxe b salon this morning. I was fortunate to have Vivian give me a haircut. She definitely found her calling in life. A real artist! She cut with confidence and I left a very happy. I'm an older client (70) therefore, recommending Vivian to anyone at any age. I pre-booked my next haircut in 3 weeks and look forward to going back.

I needed to change salons as I had moved. Vivian at Luxx B was meant to be. She is fabulous. I have short hair and she did not hesitate with the wave and cow licks in my hair. She is a professional With color and hi lights. She is so personable and makes sure you are happy with your results.

I always have a great experience at Luxxe B with my blowouts. Today Brittany did my hair and did a fantastic job. I have super thick hair and she made amazing beachy waves! She was so sweet, listened to the look I was trying to accomplish and nailed it. Sweetheart even gave me a hug as I was leaving. Brittany is amazing! Thank you 😊

I loved my experience here. Everyone was incredibly sweet. I was taken as a walk-in, and taken very quickly. I had Gabby as a stylist, she was very meticulous, and really listened to what I wanted. I was very nervous, as I’ve had less than pleasant experiences, but all of that seemed to melt away. I’m so thankful to have found this place.

I loved my experience! Got a free hair scrunchy for being a first time customer from the spinning wheel. My hair stylist was Treasure, I knew her from high school so I knew she did excellent work. I was so excited with my end look! Definitely will be back, and won't almost two years again to get my hair done.

I've been wanting to check out this salon since moving to Anthem and saw a groupon for an airbrush spray tan so I decided to try it. (I have airbrush tanned before so I sort of knew what to expect, though every place is different.) The salon is clean, inviting, and the staff is super friendly! I talked with 3 different people during my visit and all seemed genuinely happy to be there. My session was quick but not rushed, and she made sure to check that I was happy with the level of color before wrapping up. I was very appreciative of the great service I received and highly recommend Luxxe B. I'm looking forward to trying out another service and getting another spray tan in the near future.

Stylist was great. Owner? I have been going to the same stylist for a year ir so, and now the owner will not let her work Saturdays and i have to change stylist is not good. Not happy.

First time here and definitely wanna come back! It's so nice and pretty inside. There's a section with clothes and other stuff they are selling and the other side they do hair and make up and waxing and etc. I came to get a blowout done. Never had one done. So you get to pick a style as well and we chose curls. I had Ashley I believe and she was excited to do my hair so that made me more relaxed of how my hair will turn out and she chose some great things and explained which curls to do big or smaller ones to hold better. She was super nice. I loved how my hair turned out. Gorgeous! They also have groupons if your interested on doing anything. Definitely recommend it!

I'm sure this place is great if you want a blowout and have straight or loosely wavy hair. I have curly hair, and I'd called before to ask if they had a stylist who was familiar with curly hair. They claimed they did. I went in and she immediately picked up a brush; I knew I was in for it. I had to stay as I was with someone else who very generously paid for me, but my cut and styling was awful and I'll never be back.
