First off she said 200 and charged 250 then they have big braids at the back of my head I asked for micro they don't entertain their customers with music with enjoy or TV we watch the job is sloppy I have ends sticking out

This is my 2nd visit here for me and my daughter. The first visit I wrote it under just a case of misjudgment. This time I'm just highly upset. I have a wake and funeral to attend. I have no choice but to keep my hair style. I choose a picture of the outside door. I asked several times to leave my edges out that I wanted my edges just like the photo the reason why I choose the style. The second time I asked she stated she does that at the end. Which where I'm feeling for my hair that supposed to be left out. In oh not! Then when I complain in say this is not what I asked for the braids aren't even the same technique. She stated my edges would've been to long that it wouldn't hold. Let me please get what and how I asked for. Let me have to keep up in tighing my hair down. You could've have mentioned and or suggested when I stated how I want it. Don't just do what you want to do. This pisses me off. While arguing over my head. You can tell in any language when it's a dispute. I felt so uncomfortable. Then my hair is screwed up. Then you still want full price. When I brought my own hair. Never offered to fix it or try something different. So clearly you not worried about your customers satisfaction.

I've come here and it was a great experience, but the patience shown for my 5 year old daughter for today's service was greatly appreciated. She is a cryer, very tender headed, but her braider was very patient and did a fantastic job despite how my daughter cried and jumped around. Her hair looks amazing ! I would definitely recommend

My hair looks bood but they don’t understand English that well I ask for medium they gave me small braids.The two braiders was arguring and when my daughter went I told them two to do her hair together then the other was laid out on the couch not helping the other

I enjoyed the atmosphere the cleanest professional most definitely will be back soon. I highly recommend this shop.

If i could give it 5 stars i would but it took me 12hrs to get serviced and my length and size was different but they are cute and they have a nice environment.
