I had to update my review! On Friday January 31st, 2025, I received a blessing while getting my hair done with Sharon at A’mirror Beauty Hair Salon. A young man and his business partner walked into her salon and blessed everyone by paying for our hairdos and tipping the owner and her other stylists! Then prayed with us! It was amazing! God moves in mysterious ways! What a blessing! Not only did I get my hair paid for but I left out with a nice hairdo! Sharon does an amazing job on my hair! I’ve been going to her for years! Love it! …………….. Sharon is an amazing stylist! She has done wonders to my hair! I haven’t had many stylists to do my hair where I leave the salon happy. She definitely makes me feel happy and beautiful when I leave the salon! My hair be on point! I would definitely recommend her to anyone!

I called for a same day appointment and Sharon set me up with Tiffany. She was friendly and professional and scheduled me without hesitation. When I arrived Sharon greeted me with a friendly welcome. Tiffany arrived and greeted me with a friendly and warm welcome as well! She started on my hair as scheduled and recommended services needed to help promote healthy hair. The services rendered was a deep conditioner, trim, and sew in with leave out. Tiffany is truly a professional in her profession, she delivered outstanding service. I’m thankful to have found a great cosmologist and great salon with a welcoming and friendly atmosphere. The salon is decorated beautifully and very clean. I will definitely be a regular client and strongly recommend!

I had an amazing experience at Amirror Hair Salon in Charlotte! This was my first time visiting, and Tiffany took great care of me. She gave me an incredible cut and style, truly understanding what I wanted and executing it perfectly. The salon itself has a welcoming, modern atmosphere, and the staff is friendly and professional. Tiffany made sure to listen to my preferences and offered helpful suggestions. I walked out feeling confident and refreshed! I went here yesterday for help fixing my pixie. I called last minute and Sharon (owner) was able to take me as a walk in. The suite is located in University Commons. It's a safe and clean location with ample parking. Sharon shampooed, conditioned, wrapped, trimmed and curled my hair beautifully. I was so pleased with her work and the level of damage control that she did with my pixie. I was so thoroughly impressed that I gave her a 30% tip. As a transplant, I am in the market for a new hairstylist and so far, Sharon and Amirror Hair Studio Salon is resting comfortably at the top of my list.

I met my new found hairstylist Shay at Amirror Hair Salon under unusual circumstances (I was canceled by another salon in the same building due to a new client scheduling mix up and was told I would have to reschedule...but guess what... I had a big party to attend in 6 hrs.) Shay heard about my dilemma and while she was also busy...she worked me into her schedule without delaying her own customers. While Shay absolutely gave me a beautiful hair style.... This review is about a true and caring business woman helping a desperate 75 year old woman looking her best for a party...thank you SHAY!

I really enjoyed my experience at Amirror Hair Studio!! I just moved to Statesville and was looking for a salon and a stylist and I have found it!! I love Eskie!!! She had my hair blowing in the wind! And I love her energy! She’s definitely my new stylist… I will drive 47 minutes for her to do my hair! And I love the atmosphere of the salon! I definitely recommend you trying out Amirror Hair Salon because you will not be disappointed!!!

Oh, My Goodness!!! You guys!!! When I tell you. I feel brand new. I had the pleasure of sitting in Shay’s chair to get a nice birthday slay. This was my first time checking out this salon and when I tell you. Everyone is so welcoming and super nice. I felt like I was at home. I decided to cut my hair all off the day before I turned 31 and I wanted to get the full experience of having short hair for the first time. I decided to go to this salon and I am so happy I did. Everyone in this salon is amazing. Professional and just all-around amazing. Ladies or males. Please don't hesitate to go to this salon for any services. I promise you will NOT be disappointed. Tiffany was amazing with my 8 year old. She squeezed her in and was so patient with me. I was late mainly because I just had a new baby and she was so sweet and understanding. She did a blow out on my daughter’s hair and straightened for her dance recital and even did the hair style for me. She was very patient. I will be going back and taking my other child and myself. Highly recommend the salon to anyone. They are very natural hair friendly as well.

What can I say about Ms. Sharon and her beautiful staff! She is an amazing woman of God and I love her dearly! I came in with a friend after a minor conflict, and the resolve was simply righteousness. She was so warm and loving, and even allowed me to be a part of the experience! She is truly the best, and her hands are too gifted! If you’re in the Charlotte area and need a good hair experience and good energy, book with them!

Close enough to my vision but overly priced !!! Paid 60$ for this cut. And it was just a cut with no shampoo. I like the lines though. But I will not come here again to get a regular cut .

If I could give a 0 star I would! I come in hoping to start off my natural hair on a good start after taking out a protective style. The owner Sharon did my hair and completely ruined my hair. I had called and asked for my hair to be washed and trim the dead ends. Never asked for a treatment nor did she recommend one. After calling to tell her that she completely ruined my hair, she proceeds to scream at me telling me that my hair was damaged before I came in. That she “remembered”. My hair came to her needing washed after taking out braids and was perfectly fine. My last trim was at the end of summer which I stated. She refused to take ownership for the damage and hung up the phone in the middle of the conversation. Never did I raise my voice once because I am so distraught. My hair was not heat damaged and falling out. My hair was not in a tangled mess. Even told her at the beginning that I avoid putting too much heat on my hair. My hair was falling out from the heat damage. Was sizzling while she was straightening it. My hair smelt like burnt hair. Laid in bed with hair falling out. Will never ever go again. She knows she put way to much heat on my hair and she should have the knowledge as an owner of a hair business to protect clients hair. She used a flat iron and a hot comb on my hair in multiple passes. Completely disgusted. Do not apologize online to look better when you can not be professional on the phone. As a college student you did not save me from anything. You overcharged me and ruined years of work.

I didn’t have a locked appointment today and showed up anyway (hopeful) & Shay honored it. Keera came in to work some 🪄✨magic ✨on my rats nest before an upcoming event. I wanted to get a keratin treatment, which Amirror no longer offers, but holy smokes - the wash, deep condition and time/effort Keera put into my natural hair made it soft and silky (straightened) - better than the results from any keratin treatment I’ve ever had. And let me tell y’all… I got EDUCATED today. All for less than what I would’ve expected to pay for what I originally thought I wanted. Hard working and friendly team, will definitely go back. Excited to get some curl management lessons down the road, too. *note, I went straight to the store for my first bonnet after this appointment 😅

My first time coming I actually called at the last minute. Shay was my stylist she did a phenomenal job! I would highly recommend this salon. All the hair stylist here from what i see are very professional and educated. I will definitely be back!

Unfortunately won't return.. nice people however my stylist should only do older clients no young ones. For starters I was asked to cumb my own hair out after I had taken my braids out I needed conditioner but I didn't say anything. After taking my hair out it was soft as it always is no matter how much color I have put in my hair because I've done every color but yellow. She cut my hair before she washed it meaning my hair was not at its true length so I was like huh in my head but still trying to trust the process. the shampoo she used I felt my hair getting hard like a brillo pad , then the conditioner didn't do much , when I was done with the wash, she was so rough on my head pulling my hair while combing it and blowing it the blow dryer fell on my head no apology just kept going like it was nothing , then she fried my hair burning my hair with a flat iron and hot comb I haven't used a hot comb on my hair since I was 10 years old the only thing my hair smelled like for days after was burning my man even asked who did ur hair it smell burnt. I agreed , she burned my hair my head my ear, and when she was curling my hair it looked horrible I was so ready to just go at this point I wanted a certain style that she clearly couldn't do my thing I don't like about some stylist is instead of saying u can do it say no , stop being money hungry cause I clearly wasted 100 on something my 12 year old daughter could have done to my hair , now that the curling are gone of course my hair is cut uneven ,why u may ask is because she cut it before washing it and letting it come to its true length. Oh well u got ur 100 out of me first and only time . Be blessed and stop lying to clients on what u can do cause this style you couldn't. And don't blame anything on my hair being dry cause I am mixed and I have great soft hair all the time til I went to you.

What amazing experience, very professional. I went in for a Lace front consultation and made an appointment with Shay soon after. At my appointment I felt very welcomed, and received the best Lace Front Sew in ever. It’s been over three weeks and it’s looking fresh as if I just got it done, my lace is still melted. I highly recommend this Salon to all my family and friends.

I found this salon on Google and they were able to fit me in the next day for an appointment. Dominque who gave me a wash, blowout, trim and straightening was very nice and gentle with me (I'm a little tender headed). She straightened my hair with low heat since I was worried about protecting my natural curls which I really appreciate and she trimmed an appropriate amount of hair so I didn't leave the salon feeling "bald-headed" lol. I will definitely be returning for regular trims

Wow. What can I say about this salon. I came in Saturday before Mother’s Day with no appointment. At first the lady who said she was going to do my hair said she had a flat tire. I had to catch a flight at 1:30. The owner went above and beyond to help me. This is what good service is all about. Thank you thank you very much Amirror hair salon. If I could I would have given you 1 million stars.
