I went about 6 months ago, they damaged my hair, I’m still losing my hair. Before I posted a bad review and they said that I have to erase that if I want them to fix my hair, I erased it and they just gave me a cream to fix my hair. I’m posting this review again because right now im in a dermatology treatment for my hair after I went there.

Great experience! Abdel and the Amour team are very experienced and always make sure I am very happy with my haircut. They listen perfectly to what you want and leave you with beautiful hair, highly recommend!

I love Abdel. He always makes me (62 year old female) look beautiful with no gray hair. The only negative on my recent visit was how LOUD it was. Stylists yelling to shampoo ladies. Unprofessional and unpleasant.

I originally went to a salon a few blocks away to get blond highlights yet aftet 3 hours turned brown. Yes horrible but I saw Nikki today and she worked her magic to make me a blond using balayage and was in & out in only 90 minutes. Everyone who works there is a real pro even the person who washes your hair. I would definitely recommend coming here to get highlights. Thank you!! 🙏

I visited this salon last Saturday and unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. Upon arrival, I inquired about the price for a hair wash and blow-dry and was quoted $50. I accepted and proceeded with the service. However, mid-service, I was reassigned to a different stylist without explanation, as the original stylist attended to a regular client. Although I consented to the change, the new stylist failed to understand my style preferences and left my hair looking unappealing. To make matters worse, when I went to pay, I was charged $65, with the receptionist citing an uncommunicated "price update." I felt misled, as I had explicitly asked about the price beforehand. The service was subpar, and communication was lacking. I would not recommend this salon to anyone seeking a satisfactory and transparent experience.

I walked in for a simple haircut and was beyond satisfied. Abdel knew exactly what I wanted and did the job very quickly. Everyone's nice and friendly. Loved it! I left the place a happier person:) Will be back again!

Niki is amazing. I have been coming to her for years. She does the best color and cut of any hair stylist I have ever seen. She is a miracle worker- listens to what I want- and is so lovely!! Highly recommend!

Niki is great. Nikki is an artist. She cuts hair beautifully. She treats each client individually. She takes me on time. It’s always a warm greeting. If I want any changes, she listens to me. I like the way she concentrates when she cuts hair. Nikki is a brilliant colorist. Not only is the color perfect that she chose for my hair, but it lasts for 8 to 9 weeks. Her products are excellent. I highly recommend Niki.

Nikki has been doing my hair for the past year and does the most amazing job. She first color corrected my hair to a beautiful cool toned natural blonde from the dyed ginger hair I had in just 1 session, when many other stylists were not able to do it. Since then I have had the most beautiful blonde. I get compliments on my color all the time. The grow out is absolutely beautiful, blends with my natural hair so well that I literally come in every 6 months for a touch up, I could go much longer except I have bangs lol. She always knows exactly what I’m looking for. I literally don’t have to say much, she always does everything so perfectly.

Nikki is a darling. She took so much time to advise me. The hair she gave looks better than my inspo pictures. She took me from a blonde to a brunette, and I have never felt prettier. Staff is wonderful, you will feel like joining someone’s living room,they are sweet and caring.

This salon has been extremely great for all services I have needed! I go to Gala and she has always made me feel my best. I had K tip extensions from her and they looked amazing, natural and healthy. They make you feel comfortable and I have never had a bad experience! Definitely recommend if you are looking for your go to hair salon.

Nikki has been cutting and blow drying my hair for years. Her blow dry is best - she makes my very curly hair straight, and it lasts for a long, long time!!! She is a top colorist as well. Amazing! I love service and decor. But what really was great was the beautiful results I got from the hair coloring. My hairdresser name was Nikki and she did a great job! Beautiful virgin natural hair with premium products!

I had the most amazing experience with Nikki Friday night. I work in NYC and have been finding it increasingly hard to schedule with my stylist back home due to her and my availability. I made the extremely hard decision (I have been with her for almost 20 years) to try someone new in Manhattan. I was recommended to see someone at a very upscale salon. I researched both the salon and the colorist and decided to take a chance. It was single-handedly the biggest mistake I have ever made with regards to my hair. The salon was over priced, the work was rushed, and most importantly, I looked no different than when I walked in-my hair did not look like what we discussed during the consultation. I actually cried on the way home. I spoke to another friend who recommended meeting and talking with Nikki to see what we might be able to do to fix the situation. I went in with only the hope that maybe she could do some minor touchups and walk me through the process of color correcting and not only did I walk out transformed, but my hair looked exactly how I had envisioned it!! She gave me a very thorough consultation, took her time fixing what she could (which was everything) and then cut and styled my hair even though I hadn’t booked that service. I cried again- this time out of pure joy!! I cannot say enough about her skill, professionalism, and kindness. Book with her and you will not be disappointed.. I told her she has a client for life!!
