Amy was so professional. I called for a last.mine appointment today for 1pm. She called me back to advise me that she had an opening sooner which was what I really wanted. She was extremely professional. Sho clean and was extremely accomodating with offering of water to ease my anxiety. I really love my hair style. Neat and exactly what I wanted. I will certainly be returning every month until my grow back out. Thank you again Amy. PS I got my hair crochet.

I went to Amy’s about a few days ago and I’ve gotten so many good compliments on my hair, my hair was badly damaged from a perm she was able to braid my short hair without a problem. I didn’t wait long to get in the chair. She did a good job, I will be going back to her!

This is a follow up from my last review with a few days my braids were coming out as if they were not installed properly. I called her and Amy did rebraid the braids that were missing.... now I’m still having braids that are coming out. I only had my hair up for a month and within two weeks you can see the braids coming out as if I had it in for about 3 months. I maintain my braids by wearing a scarf every night. I get box braids often. I haven’t washed them, and to be honest I’m afraid more will slip out. I won’t recommend people with short hair to go here. I won’t be back after spending 4 hrs and $220. I’m not satisfied

Braided my hair tooo tight, pulled the front of my hair out and left a scar. Also the back of my hair is pull out and also have a scar.

I have been going to Amy's for 3 Years. I have never been disappointed. If they cant do they style, they dont pretend they can. But they can do just about anything. I am always satisfied. Lastly, the people are great! The energy is always welcoming😊

Terrible. I waited 30min for her. I showed a pic of stitch braids she said she can do them. No she do not know how to do stitch braids very disappointed then I told her to give me 2 feedin braids she wanna over charge me 4 2 braids she didnt want to give me the length I want. Bad experience Stick to what u know..

Called to see if I could come in for corn rows they told me yes. They had 3 braiders there and 2 were were servicing 1 client each. The third person did nothing, this went on for 45 minutes. After 45 minutes the third braider starts to help on someone else's head. I left after wasting 1 hour of my time. Came based on the reviews. They could have just said no.

Wonderful customer service! I took both my little girls 6 and 9 years old. Fatima and Amy did their hair and I love it! Plus we felt at home. Great Atmosphere!! We will be back.

Hi...I love my hair. Camille started on me at 11 am and was finished at 3:15 PM all by herself ..and my.braids are not tight ...once again I love my hair...I came all the way from Alsip, IL.... It is worth the money......

I love this place...MiMi and Fatima are awesome ladies! They work is very neat and i felt my money was very well spent....i have seen braids from other shops where the outside braids are small and the inside braids are bigger....all of ur braids be the same size here....i would recommend this place to everyone

I was looking for a good salon and a good price. So, I read the reviews for this salon and gave it a shot. I'm so happy I did. The service was great and my hair looks even better, not to mention the great price..... Well worth the money. I WILL be back.
