I was not very happy with the way my hair came out. My hair looks raggedy and uneven when i gave them specific instructions on how the hair should be done. I showed a video and pictures of how my hairstyle but they did the exact opposite. It was a shoulder length twist but they were doing it long. The two girls who were doing my hair were talking continuously in there native language which was delaying the process. They were rude and i don't believe it is professional to talk loudly non stop while doing someone hair cause it can raise suspicion you are talking about them. Then the owner starting doing my hair and it was worse. She did not take the time to make sure each braid was evenly done. Some were skinner and some were bigger. A very sloppy job and i believe they really did not know how to do this style very good. My first instinct was to leave when i saw the first twist but the owner told me she would do my hair but it was still a fail. I believe they just wanted my money and did not care about the quality of my hair.

Hi! I forgot the lady who did my braids. I did it in August. She was young. Had short hair. Either way, she was fantastic!! I absolutely love it. Will be back and recommend all my friends. Love love love!!! Negative: The only thing I’d say is that when I asked her to not knot my hair. She yelled at me and was rude. She needs to be more respectful and respond to the clients requests to treat their hair with respect. Don’t flick my hand or tell me to Shutup. But she did a good job. Just don’t knot the hair with grease and braid. It’s not healthy for the hair.

Ladies in there CANNOT braid! Unprofessional & ignorant. They overcharge you and then do whatever they wanna do to your hair. The owner swear she knows how to braid and left me with a style I didn’t ask for and when I came back to have her fix it, she called the police. Very weird. I only had my hair in for 4 days and it looks like this. Also her certificates to do hair are expired. I paid $180 for this mess.

Amy is rude!!! Don't make an appointment because she will take someone else and tell you to come back in 2 hours. She did a horrible job on my braids. She ignores your phone calls and text messages. Talks about her clients in her native language. I had my translator on smh. She's all about the dollar and not her clients!

I asked to get my hair washed and it wasn't even thorough, I still had dandruff afterwards. Poor customer service. I had an appointment but I had to wait for an hour. Didn't care that I was tender headed. You could do better.

I been to this place twice once for myself and the next for my daughter. I give them a 2 star because both times we didn’t get want we paid for. I don’t like when you ask someone to do a certain style and they agree upon it but when it’s done it looks nothing like you envision especially if you show them pictures of what you want it’s false advertisement never will I go back there

Not happy at all she didn't do my hair like I wanted her to do it she didn't take the time to explain to me why she could use my human hair she made me return it and buy that hair she to busy talking on phone to even listen to what I was telling her when I complained and told her im allergic to synthetic hair i could sleep I had to take benadryl she didn't even resolve my problem I will never go back to do my hair with her again a wast of my money

DO NOT GO HERE. You will waste your entire day here or be very disappointed in your style! They are incredibly rude and unprofessional for such a terrible job they are doing. If I could give negative reviews I would !

Good experience and good with their work. Good vibes, everyone that works their is friendly and hard working. Come early, if you can. Either way the company is good too if you come later in the day.

They're all awesome! Fatou did my hair beautifully. Nice and tight like I like it 😍 and every box was done with care. They're child friendly. They gave my son candy and chips and let him watch his show on their tv 💕💕. They are so sweet. They are great at what they do. I recommend them! Best place I've been to.

Unprofessional. I am allergic to synthetic braiding hair and always wash the hair I use before getting it braided. I brought some hair to the salon for cornrows and they refused to do my hair saying that the hair was plastic. I went to Fatou salon which is very close to them and got my hair braided with the hair that they claimed was plastic with no problem. Do not recommend. Go to Fatou salon.

I have a sensitive scalp after doing the big chop my scalp will break out if I use synthetic hair I bought human braiding and asked her if she could use it and even explained my situation she understood and said no problem half way in I notice she’s mixing Synthetic braiding hair in with the human because it was easier for her I would never go there again
