I really want to like this place because its affordable and the quality of the facials are typically good, however, I wouldn't say its a relaxing experience by any means. The walls in each room are paper thin so you can hear all the talking going on outside, the room is cold and sometimes i'm offered a blanket, while sometimes I have to ask for one but my biggest issue is that all 3 times I have gone, the esthetician insists on having full blown conversations with me throughout the whole facial and asking me a bunch of questions when i'm just trying to relax and disconnect. One time, the woman's phone rang during the facial, and she picked it up and put it on speaker then proceeded to have the phone convo right by my ears. Appointment times can be hit or miss as well, and the estheticians ask me to pay them through Zelle instead of an official front desk situation, which isn't an issue for me, I just found it a bit strange? I might be willing to give it another shot, but if it happens a 4th time I will not try this place again.

Overall I did not have a good experience. The esthetician was very rude and did not explain things clearly. I did a chemical peel and did not peel at all. Very disappointed.

The owner is rude and don’t use ClassPass for this place. Even though you schedule a reservation on ClassPass, the calendar doesn’t sync up to the owners Calendar. Which isn’t her fault, but the owner could at least refund those credits back. She didn’t refund me at all

Iris is amazing! I have gotten two chemical peel treatments from her so far and loved it. She lets me know each step of the process, makes sure that I am comfortable and is very professional. I highly recommend her!

Maria did my deep pore facial and she was amazing, sweet, compassionate and did an awesome job. Ariel did my massage he was extremely professional, sweet and fun to talk to he also gave me a great massage. Highly recommended

That was one of the worst massages I've ever recieved. The person I had wasn't even trained in Swedish massage. The facials are cool but don't waste your time coming here for legitimate body work.

I have about 5-7 years going to Ananda Spa and it never disappoints. The extractions are thoroughly and they take care of your skin much better than other places I’ve been. They take their time to do my services to the best of their abilities. Always go above and beyond. The prices are extremely accommodating for us that work and can’t afford those Hollywood expensive skin care facials. These are the 3 Bs. Bueno Bonito y Barato!

IRIS did an amazing job doing the facial treatment. She deserves 5 stars. She is highly recommended by me. The spa is clean they also do waxes and relaxing massages. My face has healed beautifully and I just went there 1 time. I'm definitely coming back monthly to do my monthly facial treatments. They are amazing! I went again the 2nd time and Monica assisted me and she also did and outstanding job. My face is improving radically. Now I can't wait for my next upcoming facial. I'm definitely going to continue attending here. Thank you. My 3rd time there and Monica did an amazing job. I drove 37 minutes just to get my facial here, my go to place.
