I love Mrs Ana… her salon is really nice annd clean. She uses the BEST products (smell So GOOD). My hair is 100% natural… my hair literally last over three weeks.

I truly ❤️ getting my hair done by Ana every week. My appointment is @ 9am and I am out no later by 10:30am or 11:00am. It all depends on what type of style I am getting. Ms. Ana has growing hands and makes you feel comfortable and welcome. She does NOT over books her appointments (which is a plus for me) and uses great products on my hair. If you want to look like a 5 star client. I recommend you to make an appointment with Ana. 💯

Tuve el placer de que Ana me peinara y quedé impresionada con sus habilidades profesionales y es una gran persona. es fantástica y hace magia con sus manos. no podría estar más feliz con los resultados! I LOVEEEEE THIS SALON SOOO MUCH !!!! I’ve been coming here for three months and I’ve seen my hair grow and become more lose , she takes really good care of my hair and makes me feel welcomed with her beautiful smile and great energy. I’m very tender headed but with her touch is really soft . My hair used to break off every time I would brush my hair but now it doesn’t as much even when I wash my hair at my own house usually it’s all tangled and really thought now it’s soft . She’s really made a big difference in my life and hair . HIGLY RECOMMENDED!!!!!!

I have been to Ana’s twine now and I am so impressed. My hair is always so soft, not over processed but straightened- and it lasts. I also love the professionalism that I’m not left waiting forever. She ensures that she does not overbook. My last appointment was at 1pm and I was out before 3pm.

If I could give Ana no stars I would. I never got my hair done by Ana, so this review is regarding her customer service. I am new in town and was looking for a Dominican salon similar to the shops in NJ. After checking Google reviews I called Ana's shop and inquired about making an appointment for the following day. Ana answered the phone when I called and we spoke for about 2-3 minutes. She told me to come the following day at 2:30. She seemed groggy or sleep when she answered the phone, but it was not my place to comment on that. The next day I arrive at her home-based salon and she refused to allow me into the salon. She said that I didn't have an appointment, nor did I pay the $20. deposit. I showed her my call log from the previous day to prove to her that I called and had a legitimate appointment. She never mentioned a deposit on the call, so I wasn't aware that a deposit was required to secure an appointment. Despite me proving to her that I called she refused to let me in and sent me on my way. It was not worth me arguing with her over an appointment, because at that point I would not have been comfortable going into her home nor getting my hair done by her. I wish she would have just acknowledged the error and tried to resolve it instead of being so nasty and dismissive. A total waste of time. Please confirm any appointments made with this lady. Update: In response to the owner, I never disrespected you or said that you did my hair. My review was about poor customer service and how the matter could have been resolved. I went to another salon (D'Alexa Dominican Salon) and the stylist did an amazing job. No hate here.

Finding someone who understands and can care for my thick, course and very dry hair while still preserving my curls has always been challenging. When I moved to Houston I stumbled upon Ana's page and I'm so grateful to have found her. No one has been able to lay my hair like she does without drying it out or causing heat damage. With Ana my hair feels healthy, shiny, soft and still manages to withstand the texas heat and humidity with ease. Ana takes her time, prioritizes using great products and ensuring that your hair is protected and hydrated with every step. I cant recommend her enough. A hair Angel.

Only Ana can touch my hair! She’s been doing my hair for years! If you need your hair to be restore this is the place to go! My hair is so much healthier and longer in length and she does not over charge like a lot of this saloons out here! Even the coloring of your hair whatever products she uses does not break your hair off and I’ve done all colors!
