I recently visited and was extremely disappointed with my experience. I was charged an outrageous $140 for a simple haircut and wash, which is far beyond what I was led to believe the prices would be. When I spoke to the gentleman at the salon and asked for the price of a haircut, he stated that it would be $85 or more. However, after my appointment, I was shocked to be charged $140. When I called back to clarify, I was informed that I had been charged extra for the time spent at the salon. This was never communicated to me, and I feel completely misled. The reason I’m upset is that I wasn’t informed about these additional charges beforehand. On top of everything else, when I called to clarify, the man I spoke to insisted that I was asking for the stylist to work for free, which was both insulting and unprofessional. After looking online, I discovered that the price for a normal haircut, wash, and style is $65 plus tip. I also saw that the standalone price for a completely different service is $140. It seems to me that I wasn’t even charged for the correct service, which adds to my frustration.

Hair was cut uneven and way overpriced for the service I received. Multiple people were added in between my service which resulted in the color being left in too long. Not recommended!

I saw Ana for the first time today and I wish I would have found her when I first moved here. She is so kind, caring and professional. She did an amazing job cutting and styling my hair and listened to exactly what I wanted. I highly recommend seeing her. She’s worth her fee.

Outstanding salon and experience! Ana's Salon fixed my hair just in time for my wedding. I live in Tennessee and long story short, a week before my wedding a stylist there who said she could lighten my hair dramatically failed and told me that getting my hair light was "unrealistic". I was devastated. A few days before the wedding I visited my grandmother in El Paso and researched salons. Despite some negative reviews, I made a consultation appointment with Mireya at Ana's Salon. THANK GOODNESS, SHE IS AMAZING! Mireya assured me the TN stylist was wrong and my hair can get light. It would take a couple of sessions of course, but it was definitely doable. After my consultation she delivered beautiful, light color with impressive professionalism, service and quality of work. The salon is clean, welcoming, and offers beverages to clients. Additionally, Mireya, Christina, and the stylists obviously take pride in their work and take the time to do it right. The prices may seem a bit high but that's because you pay for what you get- Above average quality work. For reference, I paid $360 and it was worth it. Best coloring I've ever received. Ana, the owner, is very involved and likes to meet the clients personally which I thought was a nice touch. I've attached a photo for comparison. Top left is my original hair, top right is after the Tennessee stylist, bottom left is after Mireya at Ana's Salon. Bottom right is what I showed both the Tennessee stylist and Mireya as my dream hair- Obviously you can see how Mireya nailed it. She would need one more session to get it to the dream hair ashy color.

A terrific place to get your new or updated do. They know what they are doing. The place is welcoming and comfortable! My hair can be a pain to get a style I can live with that looks great. They did a great job! I thought it would be super expensive (the place is nice) but it was very competitive with other hair salons! a nice surprise!

Ana is so good at what she does and she is very friendly and kind. She never pushes a service on you and will be honest about what you need or don’t need, I truly appreciate that. Although I only get a haircut about once a year I always go to Ana because I appreciate her honesty, her professionalism and her talent.

I love that my stylist works with me to ensure that my style suits me, works with my hair, face shape and is easy for me to style with minimal effort. She keeps my hair healthy and looking great.The products recommended for me to use are high quality (I use Oribe), available at the salon and they really work for my hair, both my style and hair type (even travel size products are available at the salon). I am always able to schedule my appointment in advance and when it is convienent for me and my needs. The staff is super friendly and very attentive to all clientele. Everytime I have my hair cut, I know I will enjoy a relaxing experience while leaving the salon feeling more beautiful than when I arrived. My style after my shampoo, cut, blowout/styling has always lasted for many days after my visit with minimal effort on my part. I also appreciate that my feelings and concerns about my hair are valued, listened to and addressed so that I can be my most confident self at all times. My stylist genuinely cares, not only about me as a person but, that I love my hair before I leave, every time. Kelly

I'm disappointed. I have grown to trust this salon to provide authentic Oribe products. I typically receive impeccable customer services and have no problem with the products I purchased . Unfortunately I was sold a Oribe Airbrush root touch up spray that was more than 2/3 used and received a rather rude good bye. I can see my business is appreciated. Thanks.

It's my first time coming to Ana. I had been going to the same hair stylist for years and was very nervous to try someone new. Ana was wonderful! She worked with my limited time and still managed to make my vision come to life. My hair looks great and I look forward to going again.
