I came in for a haircut to remove a lot of damage done by many home dyes during the pandemic. The salon was able to get me in same day and then even reschedule for later in the afternoon when my childcare changed. As a single mom this was so appreciated! The salon was clean and calm. The stylist listened carefully to my hair goals and was so gentle with my damaged hair. She worked efficiently though so I was in and out in 35 minutes. She did a cold water rinse which was awesome for my damaged locks. She cut my hair exactly how I wanted it and it feels so much healthier. She was even able to leave the layers long enough that I could tuck it behind my ears as requested. This will definitely be my regular salon from now on!

absolutely do NOT go to this salon. The man I got my hair done (Miguel) made me STAND UP while i got my hair cut. I asked for little side bands and a trim and he gave me FULL ON BANGS which are way too short, uneven, splotchy and gave me layers which i NEVER ASKED FOR. absolutely terrible service, I sat there and cried and he never said sorry. the only person that apologized for was third manger and told me there’s nothing they can do and told me it’ll grow back in a week? how idiotic can you be?? then i paid 20$ wakes out the store CRYING. someone fire these people.

Estuve hace 2 días haya y fui a que me pintaran el cabello de color rubio y me dejo el cabello de varios colores horrible. La verdad no les recomiendo este salón, el trabajo que hacen es pésimo té dañan el cabello, te lo maltratan, y te lo machan. Y tras de todo eso cobrar carísimo, por un trabajo mal echo. Son unas estafadoras. Antes de ir a este salón piénsenlo 2 veces y te lo digo por experiencia única, solo fui una vez y mi cabello me quedo horrible.

Servicio tan horrible y este. Mujeres si no quieren que les dayen su cabello, no vayan a esta peluquería. Son gente humillativa que te dejan el cabello feo y vas y hacen el reclamo y lo que hacen es echarte de el salón. Gente estupida y más la dueña que es una peli hombre canosa y vieja y es horrible que con solo verle el cabello a esa te das cuenta que no es profesional. Uno no sabe si esa vieja es un hombre oh una mujer. Este es el peor salón de belleza que hay en charlottesville, Virginia.

I made an appointment and arrived on time. They had the appointment in the book, but Ana decided to go to lunch instead. I waited 30 minutes, then had to leave. Furthermore, they have been difficult to reschedule, since they come and go as they want, despite posted hours.
