My recent visit disappointed me and I’ve been a return customer for years. 5th Ave location has implemented changes by moving the studio downstairs to the shopping area. They removed comfortable chairs for both customers and eyebrow specialists which I believe affects the final result. There is absolutely no privacy as everyone stops and stares, from the inside of the store and outside of the street. The studio is now located right near the elevator and what seems to be their storage space. There’s constant foot traffic. It is loud and extremely uncomfortable. No waiting area with a couch. Those waiting have to stand. Unsure why the change occurred but I am extremely unhappy about it. I could not wait to get out and that’s not the experience you want have while getting your eyebrows done. Pains me to say it but after coming here for 5+ years, I will not return. If anyone who’s responsible for this change is reading this review, I hope you know that I may not be the only long term customer you’ll be losing. We return for comfort, privacy and high end service and not what you’ve recently implemented. Shame.

I wanted a new look and didn't know what I wanted and I found an incredibly helpful lady at Anastasia Brow Bar. What a great! Apparently I was doing my brows all wrong! Too far apart, seeing arch, and my eyebrows drooped down dragging down my face. In 30 minutes she took 5years at least off my look! Toni wasamazing at showing me how to sculpt, fill and get my new look at home. She gave me all the time and attention I asked for. Very patient. I feel like a new woman. Thank you Toni! I'll be sending everyone I know to go see you.

I found Anastasias as a last ditch effort to fix my eyebrows after a horrific experience with a threader and WOW - i have been going to Alla for over 2 years now and when I tell you its the best decision Ive ever made, believe it. I didnt say anything the first time, just sat and told her I was not happy with my eyebrows. She just shook her head and worked her magic. Before applying the wax she showed me her sketch and what she had in mind (which looks scary at first) but I completely trusted her. Im so glad I found her and chose to take the risk. Since going to Anastasias and having my eyebrows reshaped by Alla, its given me enough confidence to go sans bangs and wear my hair out of my face!!!!!!!!!! As a bang wearer for over 10 years....you can imagine my excitement. :)

This is not the best brow bar in nyc they are rude you trying to explain to them how you want your eyebrows and they simply ignore you plus if you don’t tip them they give you the eyes thank hod I found my girl Yalda that used to work there and that’s the best brows in 5th ave Ladies if you interested she’s at elite spa just next block form this disaster they call Anastasia definitely is not what it use to be.

I thought I had made an appointment but I managed to mess up the reservation. Emma was very kind and managed to squeeze me in when there was a no-show for another reservation. She was absolutely lovely and professional. She not only made my brows look amazing but gave me helpful advice about growing them out for my ideal shape for my wedding in a few months. I will absolutely be booking with Emma again. Convenient location and a lot of convenient time slots for those with busy schedules.

Went there after reading amazing reviews about Emma. Disappointed. After trying to explain how I want my eyebrows to get done I got “you only have 20 minutes” response. I let my eyebrows grow for 5(!!) months and this is the attitude I get? Also, when I was sitting in the chair she was moving it as if I’m some sort of object. We all have bad days. I completely understand. But eyebrows are not something you can easily fix if they end up looking off. They are such an important part of your face and require extra attention. I’m very upset. Don’t think I’ll be going there again.

See my girl Emma. I send everyoneee to her. Everyone here is incredible but Emma brings it high above any level. They actually measure your face to see where your brows should be arched etc etc. I work at a spa and yet I still pay to go here.

got an appointment that a friend made for me to clean up my brows. I went in took like 15 to 20 minutes asked for a pretty thin shape and they left very thick brows but it was OK. But don't think I will be going again.
