Horrible business and customer service. If I could give no stars I would! I called multiple times to try to book an appointment, they don’t answer. WASTED 20 minutes and gas to drive over there at 11:30AM to try to schedule and the door was locked! Google says they opened at 10 & 11 so regardless they should be open! Wouldn’t recommend to anyone!

It was my first visit to Anathallo Day Spa. The spa smells like relaxation the minute you walk in. The music was calming and the spa was beautiful and clean. I had Dee as my massage therapist for a 90 minute Swedish Peaceful Drift massage. She was kind, courteous and amazing with her work. She let me relax in silence. I will definitely go back to see her!

My experience at the spa was amazing from start to finish. Very clean, calm and upscale atmosphere. My therapist, Tanica, gave me the best facial and massage experience ever. I highly recommend this place for a relaxing getaway or pamper day!

Yesterday I went to the Day Spa feeling sore from moving into a new home. All that lifting had me sore all over. Today I feel ready to take on the world. For an older guy recovery isn't as fast as it used to be. Ms. Tanica Brown takes taking care of your body to a new, higher level. She takes her time and focus on relaxing your muscles and the room itself was also very relaxing! The price was amazing, I would have paid more, and did with a nice tip! Check her out, you will be glad you did!!! GOD BLESS and Thanks 😊 I notice a lot of old negative reviews. I would encourage you to retry this place. It's really that good!

I got the romance couples massage package for my boyfriend and I and we were blown away!! The two young women who helped us did just that, helped us. We will be going back soon!! I was a little disappointed about the Groupon having an after charge because I wasn’t expecting it nor had never heard of it. But nonetheless, the service was awesome and the ladies are cool as hell!!

I Paid $130 Online For The Couples Massage Valued At $250...I Was Under The Impression That I Would Be Recieving A Massage, Facial, And Foot Soak With Champaign...While The Massage Was Good, It Was All We Received With Our Pour Of Champaign, And Though The Waiver Asked About Facials We Never Received Facials, Or Foot Soaks....On Top Of That They Charged Me An Extra $50 "Service Fee" Before They Got Stared, So I Paid A Total Of $180 For The Massage And A Couple Chocolates And A Pour...And The We Were Out Of There In Less Than An Hour...90 Minutes Was Advertised. 🤷🏾‍♂️

I just left Anathello Day Spa after receiving the BEST massage in my life here from massage therapist, Alavi, (pronounced Lah-vee). She is an absolute professional and my body feels amazingly relaxed and flexible. If you seriously need a great massage therapist then Anathello Day Spa and Alavi is the BEST place for you!

I've gone to both the most out of the way back alley massage places to the most pricey ones I could find, and this is absokitely the best one yet. I unfortunately forgot to ask the names of our massage artists, but they were both absolutely amazing and professional during our session, while also making the mood light, fun and comfortable by joking around with us a bit. We got the couples massage groupon with champagne and chocolate, and it was more than worth it. I tend to be a pretty tense person, but she worked with that tenseness, even humming gently to help me relax. ♥️✨ My partner and I are on our way back home now and can't stop talking about how wonderful of an experience it was. Thank you for everything! We'll definitely be back. :)

VENDOR REFUSED TO HONOR THE GROUPON; I bought my husband a massage coupon (Groupon) and made him an appointment. Unfortnately, he had to cancel it becaue he was called out of town earlier that day. I was told there would be a $25 cancellation fee. We accepted that and rebooked. Upon walking in for the massage, the therapist was extremely rude to my husband and insisted he needed to pay $69 before getting his massage. The therapist stated he would have to pay $69 upfront, not including the tip. He showed her the Groupon and she said he needed to pay $69 before he could proceed. She did not say what it was for and continued to be rude to him. He left the building. We fully expected to pay a $25 rebook fee and give the therapist a tip after the service,but she wanted $69 upfront and we still don't know what that amount included. The Groupon was not used. I do not suggest anyone use this therapist for a massage,. She has a bad attitude and certainly doesnt want repeat business. I think she just wants to get Groupon clients for a quick buck. Plenty of other places to get great service and a relaxing massage without the attitude.

Couldn't get booked. Service hours were peculiar and difficult to schedule. I always tip service at 20-25% but I noticed the IMMEDIATE 20% GRATUITY BEFORE SERVICE WITH ORIGINAL SERVICE PRICE NOT DISCOUNTS?!? NOPE , Red Flags, Red Flags, Red Flags. You have a nice website though who designed it for you?

Extremely Nice, Comfortable and Calming atmosphere it even smelled wonderful. Tanica was very friendly and professional. She does excellent work. Highly recommended and will be making another appointment soon!

I had absolutely no issues when booking our appointments. Hubby bought my mom and I a Groupon for massage + facials for Mother’s Day. I read the Groupon description before coming, which states you will be charged gratuity and I felt like it was reasonably priced. I enjoyed the aroma and staff was absolutely amazing. My massage therapist was very knowledgeable and communicative with me. I enjoyed my full body massage and facial very much. We had a relaxing time and we definitely will be back. I had an overall great experience with Anathallo Day Spa.

If you’re looking for a thorough deep tissue massage, then this is your place! Dee is absolutely wonderful! She creates a therapeutic balance between recovery and restoration! The atmosphere is very hygienic and relaxing! Her use of CBD and essential oils only adds to the experience. I am so grateful to have found Dee and her magical environment! Thank you for all you do!

My daughter scheduled the massage appointment for me. It was absolutely amazing! The atmosphere was calm and quiet and very welcoming. Tanica Brown did my message. She was fantastic!! She was so pleasant and greeted me with a smile. I’m excited to try a facial. I will definitely book another appointment!!

Please read all one star reviews . Charged 20% gratitude of their original service price average $ 20-40 extra on top of Groupon price . Also facial was quick 20minute plus 5 minute bathroom time and 5 min filling out paperwork not 1 hour facial . Also not a hydra facial . Waste of money .

We booked a couples massage and we enjoyed so much. I had Dee and my husband had Tanica. It was so relaxing and so needed. After our massage with hot stones we were directed to Champaign and chocolates with warm neck wrap. I highly recommend booking an appointment with them soon. I will be rebooking.

I bought a deal via Groupon. Called and had to leave a message because no one answered. I received a call back and told them that I had a deal for an air brush tan and that this was for my wedding on 11/12. They advised me that I needed to do it as close to the wedding as possible. My wedding was on a Saturday, so we booked for a Thursday 11/10. My appointment was at 5PM due to work. I was called and texted on the day of my appointment at noon to tell me that the appointment needed to be rescheduled as the technician was sick... I called (had to leave a message) and texted back within minutes and still to this day (11/18) have not heard a single word back about this happening or to even reschedule. Horrible customer service!

My BF and I thoroughly enjoyed a couples massage. This is a beautiful location. Very clean. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. The massage was fantastic and relaxing ... my BF started snoring! Lol! We already have plans to return.

Pay attention to the one start reviews, they are all true. You wait outside on a bench until they are good and ready to come get you and then they make you fill out the paperwork outside on the bench. You must wear your mask at all times even if you have been vaccinated. Once you are in, you pay gratuity up front, before the service even begins and they will not begin until you pay it. Ours was $130 on top of a $400 package. They then sit you down and put your feet in a tub and then they each go get buckets of water to throw in on top of your feet till your feet are covered for the foot soak. My massage was good, but my partners was not, she came out bruised, the lady was too hard on her even when she asked "is this supposed to hurt".

Purchased Groupon for spray tan before my wedding. Called to set up an appointment and they are closed the two days prior to wedding and refuse to accept the Groupon on the only other day available (Sat) because it was a weekend day. This detail was not mentioned anywhere on the Groupon add or under details or fine print. The person on the phone was very rude!!! Probably dodged a bullet, the photo reviews of this place look like they have two year olds painting nails. Very unprofessional!!!
