There was no face cradle or pillow to lift the head, so I had to put my face in the table hole and it was so uncomfortable for my husband and I. When we asked for something, they just gave a towel that was just folded around the hole, but that was uncomfortable too. There should be something to cradle the face like a pillow. Worst experience ever. *This was booked for us by my partner a few weeks back. We paid in cash at the front to a man. And yes, this is the massage place that we got the couples massage at. So no, I’m not lying. When we asked for something other than a towel, we were told there wasn’t anything else. Please take heed to this review. We paid a good amount, including a good tip. We would have liked a comfortable experience. If the masseuse was lying about the availability of a pillow, then that’s a bummer because the hole in the table is such an uncomfortable experience. The cost of the massage was requested before entering the massage room, so there’s no guarantee we would’ve been refunded if we decided to not continue with the massage.

Pannee did an exceptional job on my very tight body? She was able to work out knots in my neck that have been there for quite some time. She ask me how I was throughout the process. And she took her time getting everything, done chess to the right point of satisfaction. I will definitely be calling and requesting her specifically. Because she really gets into those tight areas that you need to have loosened up. I would definitely recommend Pannee !!

Title: Disappointing Service and Lack of Professionalism We arrived at the store at 7:00 PM as scheduled for a couples massage for two couples. Despite arriving on time, we were asked to wait for 15 minutes, only to be informed that they could only accommodate 3 out of the 4 people who booked. This experience ruined our evening, and the staff’s response showed complete disregard: “This is the best we can do for you.” If your time is valuable to you, I strongly suggest thinking twice before booking an appointment at this place. The lack of professionalism and coordination we encountered is simply unacceptable.

We came in for a couples massage this week and had a great experience! The place was calm, clean, and relaxing. The front desk staff was kind and soft-spoken, which we appreciated. The massage was excellent—deep and therapeutic, with the masseuse even standing on our backs and including hot stones at no extra cost. They finished with water and a sweet treat. Overall, a lovely visit!

Couple massage, hubby did not feel relaxed after, his back aches for two days, the masseuse was rough. As for me, it was okay, nothing more than someone rubbing lotion on your back..

I recommend you avoid this place at all costs!! They burned my forehead skin with eucalyptus and when I get back there and asked for a help the manager told me go to the doctor and this had nothing to do with him or his business!!!!! He was super rude and he walked away in middle of the conversation!!

I initially, booked a massage somewhere else. But I ended up calling ancient Thai, massage and I'm glad I did. I met my new best friend named Pam. Talk about a happy ending (joking) lol the massage was better than that! I got a combination massage. Wouldn't recommend anything else. It was my first time and I would be definitely going back. THANK YOU PAM 😊

Great experience. Looking at the reviews for massage spots in the area, I was pretty weary of getting jipped in some way, especially when you’re on a budget lol The place is tucked away. I went in the evening and had SOM as my therapist. She got me TOGETHER, k? Because New Body, Who dis ? Lmao I also have the sense of a hound and have been at parlors where it has a strange smell. When I laid in the table and had my head tucked in that little pocket, smelled FRESH. Someone just cleaned it and I was relieved. Got the 60 minute combo massage, welllll worth the $70 + tip. Was stretched out, got hot stone massage, oil, and aromatherapy to open up my sinuses. Same time next month !

Absolutely amazing! I’m from out of town. Saw this place on Groupon. Saw the good reviews and booked it. However, Groupon gave me the run around. Long story short, I couldn’t use my Groupon. The lady at the front desk still gave a me a little bit of a discount. I booked the combination 90-min massage (Thai and Swedish). Oh my goodness. The best massage I have ever gotten. Please read the details of what it entails! You will be doing some full body stretches on the table. They really focused on the areas you needed it most. After a full day at Disneyland the previous day, this was Worth every penny. Will definitely be back for this next time we are in town! Thank you so much!

Booked a couples massage with them and I absolutely loved the massage. Got the 1.5 hour massage and I am standing taller, more flexible and I feel great in my body. I was extremely tense and tight in the shoulders and upper back because of poor posture and he seems to have fixed me. I’m so grateful. Really liked my experience here and I definitely recommend. The people that work here are very kind and welcoming. They adjust pressure according to your needs.

This was an amazing experience!! The massage therapist was knowledgeable and thorough. The hot stones were a lovely touch! Very pleased with my massage! The place was lovely inside and the massage therapists were very kind and welcoming. The massage itself was incredible. A combination of Thai, Swedish, and hot stone massages. Highly recommend.
