Wanted to love this place but I'm unhappy. French set fill in does not look appealing 2 days later. I was charged an extra $10. $5 because I previously chose oval shape when I had the new set placed 2 weeks ago, and another $5 for clear gel top coat. I was never asked if I wanted gel top coat. It's clear so it doesn't matter to me if it's regular, don't assume I want to pay an extra $5. My search continues for a beautiful french tip acrylic. Bummer.

I've been seeing Nina for my lashes for about four months now, and I absolutely love how they turn out every single time! She’s incredibly sweet, welcoming, and always keeps you informed throughout the entire process. If you're new to lashes, I highly recommend visiting her! If you're looking for a lash tech who offers phenomenal quality and great prices, definitely book with her!

Literally the best nail salon I’ve ever been to. They’re affordable and extremely talented. I’ve been coming here twice a month for 6 months now and have only been more and more impressed and pleased each visit. This is the set she did for me today. Couldn’t recommend them more!!

My experience with Nina is always pleasant and relaxing. She always pays very close attention to detail and makes sure you're happy with her work! She does a great job on eyelashes and eyebrows also! She's definitely my choice for nails and has been for years! Great job Nina and thank you always!!

This is my place. Nina and Jason are fabulous at what they do. I am really into the gel nails now. Jason did mine today. These are short, almond shaped, pink and white ombre with a jewel cluster on 2 nails with a toe polish change. My first time with this nail shape and I am so happy with them. I think this is my favorite look of all time. I am never disappointed with service and quality provided. They are very good at helping me put together new, unique looks. I just give a picture of something I like and they help me make it my own with their sweet ideas. I love also that the shop is quaint, relaxing and quiet. I never feel like my nail appointment is being rushed or sloppy, which was a big part of the reason to leave a shop I was a customer at for 20 years. It was like being rushed around like cattle. You never have to feel that way at Nina and Jason's. Very personable and chill. So glad I found them earlier this year! You will be too! You will be super happy with either one of them taking care of you.

I really like this place very nice they make you feel comfortable did amazing job I love it bc it's not so big so it's not so hectic and fast pace they actually take their time and care and make sure ur actually satisfied with your nails unlike other places!!!

Highly recommend! Took my daughter to get her first set if nails. Nina was amazing. You can tell she takes pride in what she does. Will be back ! Clean and friendly atmosphere !

I have previously used them in the past when different owners owned this salon but that has been years ago. I went today for a pedicure and it was overall an amazing and relaxing experience. This will be my go to nail salon. The owners were super nice and took their time instead of rushing through it. Amazing work as well! I highly recommend using this salon!

This is my first visit to Anderson’s Nail and Spa in Knoxville TN. I got the best care in long time. This couple made me feel very comfortable and took good care of me. They are really overly nice and very professional. I believe that could be my to go places for my nails now. I highly recommend it! 👌👏🏼

This is the nicest spa I have been to, and I have been to many. It is quiet, relaxing, only 2 pedicure stations promotes an intimate, serene atmosphere. Nina does excellent work, turning the leg massage into therapy. Her husband provided a wonderful manicure. These people obviously like what they do! The gifts along a wall and the front counter provide a unique type of shopping. Prices are reasonable with a 20% discount for first time clients. The salon is about 6 months new. The concept of beauty care is taken to a higher level.

Had the best pedicure by Jason. The salon is small and quiet. Very relaxing! They gave me a 20% discount for being a first time customer. I think I have found my go-to nail salon. I wish them best of luck in this location. I will be back.

Fast and friendly service. The place is kinda dirty and I didn’t witness them taking tools out of a sanitary bag; the tools my tech used were the ones laying on his work station.

This is by far the best salon I have ever been to! The staff is so kind and welcoming that you feel like old friends or family when ya walk in. Kayla was my stylist and she went above and beyond to make me happy and did an amazing job on my hair! Check this place out! You will not regret it!

Beautiful shop filled with lots of wonderful items. The ladies there are so sweet and so friendly. My husband and I both got pedicures and I'm telling ya our feet have never felt or looked so good. The atmosphere is calm and happy and you feel the happiness all the way to your bones. Prices are extremely reasonable and worth every penny. We both highly recommend taking the time to go and check them out. We're doing massages and facials next!
