Andrea is very knowledgeable. Really enjoyed working with her several times for color, cut, & keratin while in Naples this past winter. Excellent results! Will definitely use this salon again next year if not sooner. Highly recommend.

I always recommend Andeas Organic Hair Salon to my friends who are seeking not only an All Natural approach to hair color, but a very personal, hair color and hair cut given by a highly skilled stylist, Andrea! She is so willing to listen to what you want but also take into account what is best for your type of hair. I always leave Loving my hair color, hair cut and blow dry!

I fell in LOVE with this place! The calm atmosphere and aromatherapy has you lifted in absolute bliss. I had highlights and a Keratin Treatment done. My hair is now so gorgeous and smooth. Definitely recommend everyone, even the men to book an appointment! A great plus too is, its ORGANIC!

What an Incredible Salon. As a guy I do not very often visit Hair Salons and Day Spas but I was so impressed with my recent visit that I felt compelled to write a review. I wish that I could Leave this place 6 Stars. Andrea is so nice and masterfully skilled. I wouldn't recommend that you go anywhere else - and a gift certificate makes a great gift for the special lady in your life.

Feb 2013: This salon is wonderful! No chemical smells either and the hair products are gentle! Andrea did a great job trimming my hair; she and her staff were wonderful! Update March 2014: I still love getting my hair done by Andrea! I feel so pampered and my hair feels amazing. I have thin hair and for it to feel amazing is pretty cool! The color is perfect and the cut fresh and bouncy! Plus, I know the products Andrea uses are not toxic and that is so fabulous. I even had a nice tea while I was there! You have to check this place out! I know you'll love it!

I needed a new stylist, and Meredith was offering a Groupon for a cut, partial highlight, and blow dry, so I tried out the salon. The salon was very attractive, soothing, and the room was private. Meredith took her time asking me exactly what I'd like and offered up her own solutions as well. My color came out fantastic, and she was also masterful at cutting. She even cut more after it was dry, which makes for a much more precise cut...and she blew it out better than any stylist ever has. She made sure it had a nice style to it. I highly recommend this salon and Meredith!

Awful customer service! Don't ever go to this salon! I bought a groupon for this place and tried contacting the business SEVERAL times with no response! And on top of that they redeemed my coupon, which was NEVER used! When I tried contacting the business, the woman on the phone had the nerve to tell me there was nothing they could do about it, and that groupon would not refund my money since the salon has a 24 hour cancellation police (for an appointment that I never booked). She said she called me to confirm the appointment, when she never had my phone number!!!! I don't know how a business with such horrible customer service can ever survive in days like these. So sad.

I originally had an appt for a one hour stone massage. After having difficulty making an appt, I finally arrived only to learn that the person who was giiving me the massage was a male. I had never been asked whether that was acceptable and when I questioned the staff person, they informed me it was MY responsibilty to ask. Hmmm. At that time, he was the only masseur available, so I had to reschedule my appt for another time. I was told I would have a new appt with Diana. So I trekked back there for the second appt only to learn that my hot stone massage, which I already paid for by Groupon, was NOT available and my appt was with Beth. She did give a great massage, however that was not what I wanted or paid for. These masseus/masseur they hire are free lancers. What a totally unprofessional oufit. Shouldn' call themselves a spa

My experience at Andrea's day spa was heavenly. The hot stone massage was the best ever. I walked in with dark brown hair and grey roots, at a loss as to what to do for this transition. She had the answer! I walked out looking years younger, new color, new cut! Go to this wonderful spa. It is a delight!!
