Horrible experience. Unbelievable philosophy they have. It does not matter what type of hair cut you want, they will give you a hair cut that they feel is good for you. If you do not like it, you still pay full price and they want you to come again for another paid experimentation. You probably can cut your own hair better than them. Stay away.

Absolutely love my hair now. Annette was able to give me exactly the color I had in mind on my very first visit. Prices are also excellent. I’ll definitely go back soon.

Great haircut from a very friendly lady. She knew what style fits well with your appearance and recommended it very nicely. Highly recommended especially for men hairstyling. 👍

My hairdresser had an injury and couldn't work. I looked on Yelp and saw such good reviews for Helen, the owner of Anette's Hair Salon. I called and right away I was able to come in. Helen did a great job on cutting my hair. I have come back to her for a manicure and eyebrow waxing. I have never had my nails look so good. Helen can do it all--no need to go to three different places. She has people who work for her who also do a good job. Her prices are very reasonable too. I'm a senior and have short hair and like to have it permed and frosted. Helen knows how to cut short hair and do frostings and perms, because she has been working as a stylist for I believe 30 years. In many salons, the stylists only know how to do long hair that is more in style now.

Really had a good experience here. The pricing is great, it’s just outside the mall, and Helen is very good at what she does (she’s been in the business for over 20 years!). My hair looks just like the reference photo I showed her (it’s just a little blown out from the wind) and it feels much healthier. I will definitely come back and will be recommending this place to my friends. Also, Helen is SO nice! She gave me an ice cream on my way out and we had a nice chat throughout the cut.

Anette knows what she’s doing and helps you create the haircut you want. Along with this, she gave me a perm the first time I came and is always open to creating the specific hair style you want.

I was in a bit of a rush, and needed a haircut. I found this spot by chance and decided to give it a try. I walked in and was greeted by Helen. She did a great job! I showed her what I wanted and she exceeded all expectations. I will definitely be coming back again.

This salon does not publish pricing on their website and instead prompts you to request a quote using an online form - but the response to the form is just an email telling you to come in to discuss. I have no idea what the actual prices are, as haircuts in this area can vary from $30-$200. Not at all helpful when choosing a new salon.

Excellent service and experience. I called a few hours ahead and was able to get my haircut. Fair price. Excellent results. She was friendly and professional. I got exactly what I wanted. I show her a picture of my haircut and she got it right. I recommend and will come back again. Very convenient it's across the mall.

Helen Lee is a really good nail artist and a hair stylist. She is friendly, caring and is very detail oriented. Her work is amazing. And she’s so flexible and accommodating with appointments. I would give her a full 5 star and I would highly recommend her studio “Anette’s Hair Salon” for all your hair, nail and waxing etc. Each time my experience there has been fabulous

I wish I needed more hair & nails services because I could spend all day just chatting with Helen! This place is seriously great & even though it's been awhile since my first visit, I'm looking forward to hanging out again. Seriously, this is a hidden San Jose gem.

This is an excellent hair salon. The owner Helen is an artist and a master of cosmetology (Hair & +). I’ve been getting my haircut with Helen since 2015, and not once have I ever received a bad cut. Expert, Friendly, and Clean. Highly recommended.
