When I arrived I noticed place was clean,I washed my hands had a 245 appointment w Roland.Long story short I showed him of the looks I was wanting and he did not deliver !I came up out that place looking like an older lady! The style was not styling!He had the nerve to put some gel on edges only for it to look a hotter mess! For a place to be named a new you…?,It definitely was a new me bc baby ! That wasn’t it!He told me he’s use to cutting and styling short hair…Merry Christmas I hope u enjoy that 80.00 ,but u dead wrong.u should t never send your clients out the shop looking like this.

I was here for the first time today, from the first interaction I had over the phone, to the moment I walked, & walked out. It was a great experience. The owner & staff are extremely friendly, professional, knowledgeable, & helpful! Absolutely recommend!

Great Friendly Salon!! Professional Hair Care!! No longer using my last Stylist unless necessary and then, I may just wait...lol..Already seeing results with my hair...I do follow instructions...many don't!! Will Be Back!! Another Great Hair Day!! Appreciate Y'all!!

I booked for a shampoo, deep condition, protein treatment, trim, dry with no ending style (one package). Then hair cut (separate package). $57.50 deposit. Ending price $51 plus tip. Not worth the price at all. The trim almost didn’t happen. Barley got the trim when I mentioned it. Said I didn’t need it since my hair is naturally worn. I know that is false from previous stylist ( I just don’t live in that city anymore). Stylist was not even comfortable giving a haircut, fade on natural hair. Could have called to have a short conversation ahead of time to see what type of cut I already have to see if the haircut service was one comfortable with doing. I won’t return. I ended up going to my barber after this service to have my hair properly cut.

I honestly wouldn't even give this place 1 star. We recently relocated and my son wants to start locs. I tried to book an appointment with Cinithia, but the system would not let me. I would register and the registration was accepted but then when I tried to login it wouldn't recognize my info... as if I never registered. I tried a few times and the same thing would happen each time. I even tried the forgot password link and it said my account was locked, even though it still would not recognize my info. I sent an email through their website explaining the situation and never heard back. A few days later i tried to register again, thinking maybe the system was down because it was an "off" day for them. Same thing, even thought they were open this day. I then called and spoke with Cinithia who said she usually checks the email but didn't remember seeing my email. She took a quick look and found my email, then said she would call me once she was finished with her current client to help. She did not. I did receive an email that afternoon/evening saying I was all registered, then immediately received an email from her saying she didn't mean to send the previous email and would call me the next day to help me book. Of course by this time the day I was originally looking to book was already full, but i was still willing to see her. I did not get a call the next day. I followed up via email a couple days later and to this day, almost a week later I have heard nothing. It's been almost two weeks since my initial contact. If you're to full or booked, I completely understand. Even doctors say when they are accepting new patients or not. But I can't even trust you with your own system, a simple phone call or to do what you say you're going to... but I'm supposed to trust you with my son's hair. NOPE! PASS! I wouldn't even bother. She clearly doesn't have enough time.

The Salon was very clean and organized. The staff was very professional and engaging. It was a pleasant experience. MOST OF ALL I REALLY LIKE MY HAIR. I got the 2 strand twist excellent price and so manageable.

This salon DOES NOT specialize in thick, high density 4C hair or cutting hair and I WISH this was stated PRIOR. The stylist should have just been upfront about not being able to do my type of hair but he was NOT. After almost 6 years of not going to salons this was the most disappointing experience. From beginning to end it was terrible, customer service was lacking and my hair looked TERRIBLE. Yes the way my hair looks in the picture was how I left the salon, white flakes and all. The “haircut” left my as uneven as it was when I first arrived. They discounted the hair cut but were NOT apologetic, so 4C naturals beware!

Great Salon,the staff are friendly and inviting.Roland was my hairdresser today, and he did an excellent job on my hair, the services are a bit pricey,but what Salon now a days isn't.,The Salon adhere's to Covid-19 protocols,it was a distance for me to drive; however I wasn't disappointed,because when I left there my hair looked absolutely beautiful.

Highly recommend this salon! From The moment I walked in, I was greeted by the owner, Ms. Cenithia, with such welcoming energy and kindness- it was just that wonderful type of vibe that you only get at a black owned salon! I accidentally booked the wrong service and Roland still took the time to do my hair to my desired style! He is professional yet so personable and I really enjoyed his energy! He didn’t try to rush through my appointment, and took measures to ensure my natural curls were cared for properly. During my appointment, someone called trying to book a last minute appointment, and even though they were fully booked they still worked this client in and that showed me how much they love what they do and helping others. I will definitely be coming back for future services and will recommend this place to everyone. Thanks again Roland!

I absolutely LOVE my new hairstyle! The overall experience at the salon was A+ Rated, from the hospitality of the owner (beverage and snacks) to the cleanliness and comfort of the location!! Roland (my stylist) was so attentive and explained in detail what he was going to do with my hair... reminded me of my doctor 😊. My curl reformation treatment is beautiful and the cut is too cute! I LITERALLY woke up this morning and had to do....NOTHING. I shook my hair and it fell into place...now THAT'S what a good hair cut/style is supposed to do. I am sooooo glad I found Anew Salon.

I loved my appointment with them! The atmosphere of the salon was really relaxed and the stylists were super kind. Roland cut my hair exactly the way I wanted and he did an amazing job, and even recommended products that would help my hair. The appointment was quick as well and I didn't have to wait very long before my haircut.

I went in to this salon uncertain and distraught about my hair due to an impulsive chopping session with my unsharpened all purpose scissors and a glass of wine. Roland looked at the pictures I provided and absolutely revamped my hair! I used to cry when I saw my hair in the mirror and now I smile. He did an amazing job paying attention to my curl pattern and head shape. I gained my confidence back, and that is largely from this amazing salon!
