Had my daughter's first cut here. Staff was friendly and nice. We even got a certificate for her first cut and they put it in a bag for us. Good price considering inflation. Rec making reservation but they do they walk in too. Will return in future

I brought my son in for his first haircut. They were so patient and worked with him. The result was a great haircut and no tears.

Pathetic place, I never write reviews but this place needs this. They treat kids haircut like some factory assembly line. No attention to detail or hygiene. Even if I say “please slow down” they just don’t listen. Pathetic experience for $25. Overall pretty shitty feel.

Been here three times and the first time was an okay experience had to come back for them to cut more few days later, second time was alright not too good. My fault for giving them a third chance. This was the last time I took my son. The lady was ruthless and inpatient. Overwhelmed my son too much. Why work with kids if you have no patience? Horrible work and not professional. $25 for this? I asked for their #7 which isn’t even close to it. Left few bald spots on my son’s head and scratches on his neck! Also my son’s left forehead baby hairs on were cut and left him a patch. This is the worse experience. This is not okay!

The best experience for a great milestone: the 1st haircut of my 11 months old. He rode a car, received a certificate of first haircut, balloon and we took a picture at the end. I love the service of Jenny. We usually attend with my 3 years old toodler. Highly recommended. Thank you, we had a great time today ! ☺️

I’ve been bringing my boys here ever since we moved from SF. They did my little one’s first hair cut and they were so patient and gentle and kept him happy that it was an unexpected super stress free experience and such a relief. They kept a lock of his hair and gave a certificate. It was super cute and a relief to have someone else organize my life a little (otherwise I would have forgotten to do this for memories). I tried all the fancy $80-100 barbers in Los Gatos and surrounding areas. They do a better job here and what a deal. My boys are always happy. Just got another great set of cuts from Julie and Sam.

We have been taking our son here for almost 3 years now and Jenny is just wonderful! Make sure you book an appt because weekend mornings can be busy!

Amazing place for kids they truly know how to handle kids of all ages and get the job done - I cannot say enough good things my child is getting his haircut done her for 2 years now and each time Jenny does an excellent job - keep up the good work to add very affordable.

Can’t say enough good things about this place. They specialize in kids who hate getting their hair cut haha They are super patient, kind and caring from the receptionist to the hair stylist. Great experience each time we visit this location!

They are so good with kids here. They have alot of toys for the kids waiting. And if it's your babys first cut they give you certificate and a few kicks of the hair to take home. They have tablets for the kids to watch what ever they while while getting their hair cut. After all that they have lollies and balloons for the kiddos. Great place it's my go to for my sons hair cuts. (He's 2) most definitely recommend

They are quick and do a good job with kids hair cuts. All the stylists are very kind and I have not had any issues regarding customer service. My concerns are that during busy times the equipment they use is still covered in other customers hair. This shop gets busy so cleaning falls by the wayside when people are being pushed through. Also the lack of air-conditioning means it's gets really stuffy and uncomfortable, especially when there are a lot of patrons waiting. Sweaty necks and scalps are difficult to cut due to being too sticky. Overall I really do like the services they provide, but it could use some improvements.

Es la peor experiencia que he tenido con mi hijo, las personas son bruscas y fuertes con ellos, el niño lloró y no lo dejaba descansar en ningún momento, fue grosera y trato de apretar su mano, llegue a ñas 12 porque tenía cita y me hicieron esperar 20 minutos, el baño estaba demasiado sucio, no lo recomiendo y jamás volveré a este lugar por profesional.

I really like how Kim cut my little one’s hair. It was model number 12. He didn’t cry at all. I recommend make an appointment before go to get your little one in and out faster😊

We have been taking our son here to see Julie since he was about 16 months old for his first hair cut. Hair cuts for babies in general are tough, but all the ladies here are unfazed and so patient with the littles. Julie does a wonderful job and provides feedback on what she thinks may be best based on our son’s hair texture and how it grows out. Our son is 2 years old and actually looks forward to coming here to play with the toys and in particular, getting that special balloon after.

We live in tracy ca, and my son will not get his hair cut with anyone. We tried taking him to other salons and he cries, We drive all the way here to get his hair cut by Jenny!! She is super great, fast and has patience. She is always doing a great job I definitely recommend coming here, ASK FOR JENNY!!!
