I am a loyal customer of Angel Nail Salon. I've been a customer since Tracy and her husband, Lam, took ownership. This place is an absolute gem! The salon is super clean, comfortable and peaceful. Tracy and Lam are sweet and very friendly and they do an awesome job. The prices are super reasonable. Customers are treated like family there. Clients are provided Red Carpet treatment. The one star review given by Sthoko Meike Seraphin was a potential customer who was disgruntled because this establishment prefers to not take walk-ins due to a high volume of loyal clientele. All it takes is an appointment per Tracy and Lam's request. I'm leaving this review because Tracy and Lam do NOT deserve that one star review. It's NOT fair to them and the excellent services they provide. Try Angel Nail for yourself and I can guarantee you'll agree and won't be disappointed.

I have been going to Angel Nails for years now. Tracey and Lam took over this shop and have been absolutely amazing! They are very respectful and always very accommodating with their appointments. I love the by appointment only because I know I will be in and out and not sitting around waiting. They both do great work. It’s a very peaceful and tranquil environment. They both really care deeply about their work and always make sure that you love their work before you leave. The prices are very reasonable as well.

This shop has been a blessing to me. It’s convenient, it’s peaceful ,tranquil and excellent service every time. Tracy is family and does a great job of scheduling her clients appointments well and ensuring we are all taking care of. I noticed a review on here that says $180-200. This is false and I’m not sure where they got that from because I’ve never paid that amount. There are some others on here that say they could not walk-in. That’s right you cannot walk in its appointment only. Again it’s appointment only. Sorry you did not schedule for your pampering time however Tracy’s regular clients did and you cannot bump one of us out of our spot. Plan better next time or go to one of the other nail shops down Dixie that accepts walkins it’s that simple. No need to put a bad review on this page because things didn’t go your way. I’ve never seen or heard Tracy be rude to anyone, sounds like privileged and some lieing to me. This is a small shop there are not 20 plus workers here so if you would like to enjoy one of the best experiences in the south end of town call and try to get an appointment. I say try because “we” her loyal clients don’t leave so it may be hard to get in…Tracy keep up the great work and your clients adore you and your family.

Tracy & Lam are the best at making sure your appointment is about you and you ONLY. Tracy is very detailed oriented when it comes to nail designs and being creative. The nail salon has excellent products and PHENOMENAL services. I’m a firm believer in you get what you pay for… so with that being said if you want you nails to last for 6 weeks or more this is the salon to visit. Tracy & Lam are super friendly and I consider them FAMILY. The salon is APPOINTMENT only and No Walk-in service which I appreciate because I consider my appointment time “Me Time” the prices are affordable for a Luxury service and experience.

I’ve gone to angel nails for over a year and a half and I won’t go anywhere else. Not only do they try to get to know their clients and are super sweet, they do an amazing job every single time.

i absolutely LOVE coming to angels to get my nails done & have been for years!! tracy & lam are the BEST and sweetest nail techs in louisville & the southend! my nails always look great after my visits and i get so many compliments! if you’re looking for a friendly, clean, convenient and affordable nail salon definitely check out angels!! 💅🏻

Best place to get your nails done. A little more expensive but worth the money for how good they look and how long they last and Tracie and her husband are super friendly I love them so much.

My sister was In Town for a very short period of time and we were looking for someplace to get our nails done and relax nearby- we both have multiple allergies and worry about getting sick or having reactions.-Angels was perfect! We had 0 issues-it was clean, we had pedicures done that felt amazing, tons of colors to choose from, it was quiet enough we could have conversation and hear each other without difficulty-it is by appointment only, but they were able to fit us in on short notice! With the service quality and care we received, I would have expected the cost to be higher—-but it was only $35 for each of us. Our nails look great, we had a great visit and I will definitely be returning! Thank you!

I'm so happy I went to this shop today! She was a sweetheart for working me in with her other clients. Both of the nail specialists I met today were very polite, welcoming & gave me 5 🌟 service! The shop is beautiful and comfortable, I will most definitely make an appointment for my next manicure/pedicure in a few weeks 💅🏽 this is the nail shop I've been dreaming of! I can't thank them enough ❤️

Called before I came in to ask what time they opened for a fill in. They were open, drove there and when I arrived I was told they don't take walk-ins. I asked why they didn't tell me that when I called 10 minutes ago and she told me I didn't ask. SERIOUSLY???? Terrible customer service!!! Will never be back!! Nasty people for sure!!!

I really enjoyed my experience at Angel Nails. I came in for a mani with gel as well as a pedicure. I’ve come here two times now and both times have been wonderful. The nails lasted 3 full weeks without breaks. I work in a factory which can attest to the durability. I had no issues even after the new set was done. My nails underneath were just as healthy as before coming in. The blend on the top of my nail insured I had no issues down the line with catching in my hair. The pedicure is pleasant. He was very kind and made sure I was comfortable throughout the process. Just as assured the gel was bright even after weeks. I’m glad she provided insight as to why she recommends certain things to ensure longevity of the nails.

Wonder couple who runs the salon. I have had my nails done twice there now and love the way they have turned out both times. Best place I have been to off Dixie thus far!
