Only 1 star because 0 wasn’t an option. Worst customer service i’ve experience in awhile. Man go to another place that charges cheaper and has better quality.

ASK FOR TERESA!! If you take anything from my review it should be to ask for Teresa if you want any cool designs. She’s amazing. So detail oriented and a bit of a perfectionist in all the best ways. Your colors will match your inspo pic, your shape will be consistent and she will make sure you like the nails you are picking out. I always bring something crazy design I saw off Pinterest and she’s up for the challenge and worth every penny. I get compliments on my nails every single new design and constantly tell people about my amazing tech. If you check my older reviews, you’ll see I followed her from another shop. If this woman ever retires I will cry.

I’ve been coming to this nail salon for 4 years and I always leave happy and very satisfied for the service I receive rather it’s full set, a pedicure or eyebrow service I always get exactly what I ask for ! I love angel nails !

Terrible! I specifically asked for dip nails. She gave me gel. Multiple times during the service I kept reminding her that I did not ask for gel. She kept saying she'd give me dip next time. She REFUSED to do the dip. I kept telling her, and she kept saying next time. There will never be a next time because I will never go back. Then she charged me $50 for a polish I didn't want. Insane.

This was my first time coming here as my original nail salon was closed. I made an appointment for me an 2 other girls one of the girls are getting married on friday so need to get this done we got acrylic gel and a pedicure. Lady who did my pedicure did a great job but nails look horrible my pinky nails are different lengths there all different shapes an they look like a 5year old painted them. The whole time they made us feel super uncomfortable like we were a bother to them an kept talking amongst each other. I won't be coming here and will remain going to art T nails.

I love this place. No matter which nail tech I get, the results are always above expectations. Always open to the designs I have requested and do a great job with shaping and delivering beautiful results. They’re Detail oriented, and always ensure that the job is well done. I am always surprised that the price is just $50-$60. I always get full set and gel plus Request designs, and they always exceed my expectations.

This is by far the worst nail salon I have ever been too. I went in to fix a broken nail before my flight and the lady sat down and started to do my nails at 9:30 when she stopped and another gentleman came in and said that I would have to wait til 2pm. I then asked him to take the alcohol and foil off my finger and he proceeded to rip in off my hand and throw it on the floor and yelled at me to leave. I was willing to pay for this service and leave a generous tip considering it was so last minute but I will never step foot in that nail salon again.

I went in to get my eyebrows done at 6:50pm and they denied me service bc they’re “closed.” (They close at 7:30pm.) I think that’s enough to tell you that they’re rude and unprofessional!

I went in to get my eyebrows wax. Soon as I said I only needed eyebrows wax, I could tell they were annoyed. Then it was a debate on who was going to do my eyebrows. The service chair was covered and was noticeably dirty. I asked the wax tech if she can put a towel at least under where my head would be. She rolled her eyes and asked why, I pointed to the strands of hair on the chair, and she stormed out, mumbling. I walked out behind her and told her, it seem to be a bother to her , so I no longer needed the service and I left.

The service is terrible, I stayed on site for almost 2 hours to get my toenails and I wasn't answered, they didn't even offer me water and the gel nails I did on my hand were horrible badly finished with several defects

They didn’t take there time at all, over priced the services for a poor quality job. There was a guy doing my pedicure in the beginning and scrubbed my feet and legs so hard and rushed it. There was no communication he just moved my legs and feet if I moved them a certain way. He didn’t even paint them someone else did. Then when I was getting my cuticle cut they rushed it I thought I was going ti get cut!! A pedicure for $42 ??? What am I paying for

This place is the worst I came in told them what I wanted and they act like they understood this place needs a translater because they did the worst job and all I wanted was a full set my feet done and my eye brows my feet came out cute my nails look like a five year old did them and I didn't even get my brows done because apparently the person who does them was not here if they would have said that in the beginning I would have went somewhere else I am so disappointed I don't understand why did I have to pay for something I did not want this is not the spot if I coukdbguve no stars I definitely would

Worst customer service ever! No communication worst experience. I'd never go back even if someone paid for me to have my nails done. Not welcoming. And not a good job at All! Sorry not sorry for this post. Felt very rushed and they were very unprofessional! Dont come here! Complete waste of your $ especially of you wanting a nice experience
