I seriously can't be happier about the staff and results I get from this place. They are fast and do things right. Anna is seriously the best artist when it comes to my nails. I can show her any picture and she actually makes it look better. Confidence comes from many things and when I leave that place I feel amazing, it's a great feeling. Thank you Anna!!!

Went for Mani/pedi. the guy didn’t say 1 word to me, acted like he was pissed to be working on a Saturday. He filed my finger & toe nails like duck nails in the shape of a U. When asked to fix he acted like I was bothering him. He made my fingernails so short “trying” to fix them I eventually took the file and did it myself. The paint job was mediocre if that, splotchy and he initially only put one coat on my toes & 2 on my fingers so they looked totally different, had to have him fix that too. I paint them myself. He didn’t even do a full manicure even tho I paid for it. No hand rub, oil on cuticles or anything. It was a waste of $60 to not even be happy and treated like I was a bother to the guy. Would not recommend. Each time I’ve been it seems to get worse.

@Angelic Nails Fort Myers in City Trends plaza there services is got to be real Disappointing services 😞 over 7months now! I'm sure I'm not only one see it, My family been getting nails eyelashes and pedicures over 15 to 20 years so you know when services have Quality This place used to be best Quality in Fort myers, I give credit when it's due Plus literally my whole family goes to this place and we support the services, and we all see same thing. I thought it would straighten out , I try not to speak on bad business right away to see if it's just a Isolated moment. Just to be fare. But now it's just getting ridiculous 🙄 Then instead of them trying to just do it right! You literally sit there and can feel something wrong, and you mention it. And say This don't feel right the eyelash is loose, they just don't look right, and then they do nothing about it. Then the next day, when the lash comes off while your at work or a event or the nail pops off. You call them, oh we fix for free come back in, but reality its not Free🤷‍♀️ Because were we live we drive past 30 nail salons to get to Angelic nail Salon and now to fix what we asked you to straighten up before we left is crazy n bad business They want you to use your expensive gas to drive all the way back in there for them to fix it. And I did that once and my eyelash came back off again the next day😡. It's just, really bad now. My daughter left out if there yesterday and flat out refused there services 😑 😐

Came to this place on april 15th to get nails done but tech San would took my hands and pull them like I was doll. They need to be more gentle at the time of service very disapointed. Only him has treated me so bad. The rest of the staff is good.

Bad service!!! I was cut multiple times on my toe.. plus the lady did not cut down my natural nails how they usually do, she seemed like she was in a rush. I did not even get good service and still had to pay $111

Dip powder is $45 dollars get the same thing every I go I guess the female who did my nails this time clearly wasn’t aware that I get the SAME thing “Dip powder” EVERY TIME I come and I only pay $45 for coffin dip powder so today the female charges me $55… and thought she was going to get a tip nope you already overcharged me!!! Will not be at this establishment again because they self created there tips on what you actually should be charged so she gave herself $10 tip for doing my nails

I went there today being new in town I was not sure what the outcome would be. I was pleasantly surprised. They were very good at serving their clients according to arrival. Lily did my pedicure and she was Amazing! Jimmy did my acrylics, not only did he do an amazing job, but he was very warm and friendly. Everyone there was very kind. Salon was clean. I was very happy with their services and will be returning.

Explained to Linda exactly what I wanted. She used what she had in stock instead of being honest to say she didn’t have what I asked for in stock. When she gave me the mirror, I immediately told her nicely that’s not what I asked for & I don’t like it. She said “most people ask for one thing but end up liking it like this, You’ll like it eventually” I was shook in disbelief that she said this to me. At time of check out I explained I’m not paying for something I didn’t ask for. Linda became very loud and angry and snatched my shirt, scratched my arm and called police over $17. Then started speaking in her language as if I wasn’t standing in front of her. I remained calm the entire time as I politely explained to Ms Linda that she crossed the line, to release my shirt and to never put her hands on me again. She described me on the phone to 911 as a 33 year old Spanish lady. (I have it all on video) The officer arrived told Linda who admitted that I told her immediately I wasn't satisfied with her service, she was wrong. Linda was rude, boldly disrespectful in multiple ways, her work area was filthy and needs to be visited by OSHA and my opinion is this business is driven by the money opportunity of a culture instead of customer service of consumers. Linda put their place of business in jeopardy over $17. We as a community must learn to cease patronage on business’s who have a lack of respect for the people in which they poorly serve in a community which they themselves do not live or support in anyway (.) This isn’t over for me. There will be concessions in order to prevent someone else from pain & suffering, emotional distress and embarrassment from the ignorance of those who misjudge their privilege.

I would rate this place less than a star if I could. Went there one time full set nail fell off a date later give him the benefit of the doubt I went there a second time for a fill in my own nails Young lady was very pushy about getting a color or a gel and I said no I don’t have the time I just want a fill ins trying to grow my own nails. she didn’t put enough acrylic when I came home my own nails are cracking I called them to complain they told me to go somewhere else didn’t even rectify the issue bad very bad business I will never go back there again

I was in a rush to get my nails filled before work so I quickly stopped by here. First time and definitely not my last. The guy took me in and after telling him I had to work soon he got me in and out but did an amazing job!

This is one of my two infected fingers after receiving a new full set. This was very painful and the salon showed NO interest in addressing it when I went back to bring it to their attention. This was very painful and disappointing I had been a LOYAL customer for 3 years.

they didnt do my cuticles or clean my nails but other then that they were quick and efficient. i will definitely come back. only $50!
