Not much of a good haircut, but my main problem is the color of my hair doesn't match the top to the bottom nor look professional. Paid $240 for this and trusted them with my hair even after they told me it would get "better & lighter" I tried addressing this situation with the stylist but instead got told that it is my fault for not telling her exactly what I wanted even though I showed her an image. I could've done a better job myself. My experience here to keep it short and simple. Had to wait 30 minutes or so past my appointment time. Hair dresser continued to cut two other cuts and then began mine. During the process she had many calls here and there and stopped during as well. She also asked me to move and had me wait in the sitting area while she cut someone else’s hair while my hair was foiled. I can go on to be more specific but to me this is not okay. Not good customer service at all. Expected better. Please save your time and money. Images shown are before and after.

Haircuts are cheap and of good quality, the salon is clean, and service is good, though it is suggested to speak Spanish if you want to be understood properly.
