I had a 1 hour consult with Nurse Alexa, and planned to just have my Crowes feet done, but after consult I decided to get botox for droopy eyelids as well. Prior to the consult a staff member took photos of my face for future progress purposes. The consult was very informative. I learned far more information than I expected. Nurse Alexa did a full evaluation of my face. She gave very informative and helpful skincare and skincare routine advice. The information was priceless since as a typical man, my knowledge was minimal. Various imperfections and flaws in my skin were addressed but in a tactful and helpful manner. At the end of the consult. Dr. Angell came in and evaluated me as well. She is also very kind and helpful. All in all this was a very thorough and helpful experience I got the impression both nurse Alexa and Dr. Angell recommended what’s best for their patient and not just what’s best financially for their business . They recommended an upper eyelids procedure as a priority and that’s not something they offer. The skincare kit I purchased from them was reasonably priced. Nurse Alexa took the time at the end of the day to send a text with thorough instructions on how to use the kit. So, all in all a very good experience!

This is an overdue review but still holds true! I just want to tell you, Dr. Angell just how much I appreciate your knowledge, your expertise, your demeanor, the time and attention u take, your intuition and the way you have all your senses engaged when you’re doing anything. I feel that and it shows in your work. You are a true artist. Anyone is lucky to be working around you, with you or be your patient. And you have taught your people well. During my subcision procedure today Alexis did excellent following all of your guidance and I feel some changes already! She exhibited the utmost compassion and precision the entire time. Been going there for a few years and love Katie who does my Botox. She has extended the effects to last now close to six months verses the person before her, where it seemed to hold only three months at a time. Katie is thorough and does a great assessment to make things look natural and refreshed and I would recommend her to anyone.

I came in last week to get a consultation and I was super nervous beforehand. Walking in the staff was very friendly and that definitely soothed my nerves. I got Botox and a lip flip with Katie, I really appreciated how she informed me and my husband about everything. I definitely will be coming here for a while!!

I went in to get filler in my cheeks, jaw, and chin. It was done by nurse Alexa but dr.angell was there the whole time. The whole experience was amazing—I was able to ask questions and they let me give my input on what I thought would look good on me. I’ve been coming here the past 2 years for my Botox and every time I leave satisfied.

I have been struggle with my face ache and pigmentation for years. After I started care with Dr. Angell my skin, and would say life, has improved. Doctor prescribed me right treatment and it indeed helped! My face skin significantly improved, my ache and pigmentation has disappeared. And I gained confidence in myself again! It feels like 10 years dropped! The jobs speaks louder than words! I will post my before and after. And my face keeps on getting better!

Definitely will be coming here for as long as I live in Sacramento County. I’ve gotten a few different things done here—Botox, a hydra facial, and micro-needling. I have pretty textured skin from years of acne troubles in my 20’s, so I’ve always felt self-conscious about people examining my face closely and hence have always felt a level of anxiety going to get treatments done at spas. But here, compared to every other spa I’ve been to, I’ve always felt providers have helped me feel very comfortable under close scrutiny of my skin. The service is always great, I’ve hardly had any waiting room time if any at all, and providers are very professional while also friendly. If you’re able to book with Dr. Angell herself, she has a myriad of good advice on how to take care of your skin that is tailored to you outside of the actual in-clinic procedures. She heavily encourages holistic routines in order to maximize the results of your procedures. I’m actually about to follow her skin care routine advice to help with my acne. Can’t wait to see what my face looks like by the end of this summer!

Dr Angell and her staff are very attentive and inquisitive. They set up a plan that works for you and your skincare. I recently did the vbeam to help reduce the redness in my skin. A benefit was smoother textured skin. I definitely recommend Dr Angell and her staff to help create a skincare routine that works with your skin.

I absolutely love Dr. Angell and her team!!! I get so many compliments on how amazing my skin looks and people are shocked to hear I’m in my 40’s! I like a subtle natural look and everyone who has worked on me has been extremely gentle and considerate of my personal preferences for my appearance! I would not trust anyone else! I have scars, I grind my teeth, and I never did regular skin care except sunblock until Dr. Angell and her team helped me improve my routine. the Botox I get eliminated my migraines, my jaw pain, reduced the appearance of a scar on my forehead and my friends are commenting that I look better than ever!!!!! I just got my lips done with a lip flip this morning (05/21/24) by the wonderful nurse Katie. I’d never had any cosmetic procedures done before, and I am more than happy with today’s result! I've been a patient at Angell medical spa for over 2 years now, and could never imagine going anywhere else ever again! I have gotten botox from all 3 injectors: Nurse Katie, Nurse Alexa, and Dr. Angell, all of which are masters at their craft. Their ability to restore symmetry to my asymmetrical features and smooth any deepening fine lines while maintaining natural results is really one of a kind~ And Catherina the esthetician is a miracle worker! Her acne facials are literally magical, shes always able to clear up my skin and give me that nice post facial glow :) Also the front desk ladies and scribes are just as amazing as all the providers. They're not just friendly faces, they're super knowledgeable about skincare and always ready to help if i need to adjust my appointment. its really awesome to come to a place where everyone genuinely cares about your comfort and results. especially since getting your face poked with needles can be really daunting and anxiety inducing, but these ladies never make it feel that way <3

I've seen muliple top rated injectors in the LA area, but after moving away I needed someone closer to my new home. I'm so glad I found Dr. Angell! Her technique is by far the best of anyone I've used. The results are natural and she is so gentle. What I appreciate most of all is that she listens to my concerns and feedback and gives honest advice - no upselling here! She truly cares about the aesthetic result. Her product recommendations for skincare have also been fantastic. Her staff is friendly and very responsive, plus they check in with you after about a week to provide support for any issues as the injections settle in. I'll be returning as long as Dr. Angell is wielding her syringe!

Very happy with the results of my first Botox treatment at 44! Very natural looking. In-depth intake appointment so they can really dial in what you are looking for out of treatment. Very professional office. Highly recommend!

I was interested in trying Botox for the very first time, but was nervous about the whole procedure because it's my face. After months of researching, googling, social media "stalking", and reading tons of reviews I finally decided on Angell Medical Spa and I'm glad I did. My injector was Nurse Alexa and now she is stuck with me. She is very kind, down-to-earth, and relatable. She made me feel extremely comfortable and asked about my goals and what I wanted to achieve while giving me her professional input and laying out a plan to help me reach those goals. She is a perfectionist which I want and appreciate, especially when it comes to face procedures. I'm in my mid-30s and have noticed the signs of normal aging and with that naturally comes new insecurities. Nurse Alexa has helped me with some of those insecurities and has given me a more youthful fresh look that I love and appreciate. The office is clean and beautiful and the girls are very friendly and welcoming. Dr. Angell is very nice and has a great vibrant energy. I am extremely happy with my decision and will be a forever patient.

Angell Medical Spa is beautifully appointed. From the first moment I walked in 3 years ago, seeing the aesthetics of the office to the kindness of the staff, I felt happy to be there. And the results I have experienced, oh my goodness! Angell Medical Spa and Nurse Katie have me aging so gracefully. My treatments for face and now neck are so impressive, even with my move to Los Angeles, I find myself returning every three months to Angell, even though it's over 350 miles away! I wholeheartedly recommend Angell Medical Spa.

I come here for hydrafacials every 6 weeks. The service is wonderful, and they are very flexible. I also love that it’s a quick procedure and my skin looks way more awesome compared to results from a regular hour-long facial. I don’t wear makeup anymore because I only rarely break out. Every now and then I get cystic acne, and previous hydrafacials couldn’t stop it. I came to this place when a cyst was forming and it stopped it in its tracks! I highly recommend their hydrafacials.

I have been here many times- I have gone to over 10 different medi spas in Sacramento and this one is hands down is the BEST. First Dr Angell is very thorough and takes the time to talk with you to understand your goals and helps you to decide what avenue is best. I’ve even been guided away from filler to try laser treatments which has been amazing! Nurse Katie is equally fantastic and I’ve never felt like I’ve been in better hands. I will now solely go to Angell Medical Spa.

Angell Medical Spa came highly recommended and after 10 years of going to another spa, I made the switch and am so happy I did. The office staff was friendly upon arrival and Nurse Katie beyond exceeded my expectations. She explained in detail the procedure I was having and made me feel comfortable.
