Esto es realmente tan increíble y patético que he llamado unas 23 veces para preguntar una pregunta simple hoy es July 23,2024 desde que abrieron a las 10:30 a.m. y quieres decirme que nadie puede simplemente contestar la llamada telefónica y decir: ¿puedo ponerte en espera? Es difícil para los que están ahí trabajando contestar una pinche llamada . Es por eso que el trabajo un tiene que llegar ahí 5-15 minutos antes para asegurarte de que la estación de todos esté configurada y que todo esté bien para que los clientes entren y que alguien conteste los teléfonos para al menos responder preguntas simples, pero desconectar el teléfono o colgar automáticamente o Ni siquiera contestar y simplemente dejar sonar el teléfono es increíble y poco profesional. Hasta el valor tienen para desconectar el teléfono teléfono por si alguien más llama no va a conectarse nadie con el teléfono porque lo desconectaron haha¿ Cómo una empresa así como esta espera ganar dinero si no pueden contestar una llamada simple qué barbaridad la verdad

Yahira is top of the line ! She is creative and knows what she is doing. I went in there and I didn’t know what I wanted she did my hair and I loved it she completely transformed my appearance. It’s been 3 years now I travel from California to come see her. I won’t let anyone else touch my hair! I love this shop thank you so much Yahira

$75 for a basic blow out is very overpriced. Not even offered a drink, at $75 I would expect at least a drink and a scalp massage when washing.

They tried but couldnt do the hairstyle like i would want. I understand the hair stylist needs to have certain skills and experience with doing ombre. They did spend time and looked at the pic i provided (attached below) several times throughout the whole process but the color comes out overly blonde and also they didnt make my hair wavy like in the picture but outdated look big curls parted in middle of my face that i didnt look good in. Its not the worst but definitely not what i wanted. The male hairstylist who did my hair was also still learning from the lady was my read because he sometimes had to stop to ask her how to proceed. So its also my fault trying to do my hair the last minute when i get canceled by another hair salon (last customer of the day and they did stay late to finish my hair) and kept it going when i could tell they were not certain with what they did. Still tipped the hair stylist but will do research better and find a salon with coloring expertise next time. The price was decent ($200 something with coloring and eyebrow waxing)

YAJAIRA, Me atendió, pedí un color y al día siguiente tenía otro, por $250 horrible la atención salí con dolor de cabeza le jala a uno muchísimo el pelo y para lavarlo era demasiado dolor creo estaba apurada, pero lo hizo horrible😣😣 por mi no daría ni una estrella FATAL....

Gave a chemical burn on scalp. Never once apologized. Did not try to come to an agreement for all the injuries caused. My other sisters hair fried off is now falling off. Worst place ever. Owner very unprofessional. Please check her chemicals before working with her.
