Customer Service.Respect.. Bare Minimum. Questionable pricing. My daughter went today to receive a French tip full set. The nail tech charged my daughter card twice. When my daughter asked why the second charge. The nail tech stated $20 $20 $20.The first charged was the actual discussed price. I know the clientele may be younger adults but to overcharging without a clear explanation, shotty work(and was asked to redo and given the reason(the nails was placed crooked), the nail tech rebuff, gaslighting and disrespect. This is not $70.. if your client is showing respect please relay them. To leave a place and remove the polish because the tech did not want to correct it when ask and told is ridiculous.

Actually terrible. I came in wanting a fill of my old nails and they couldn’t even match the color. They look so bad and they cut me so many times. They also are very unprofessional and kinda unsanitary. Don’t go here. Worst experience ever and they cost me $35 dollars. I thought a fill was $12 but they over charged. Like I WILL NOT be coming back ever again.

This place SUCKS! “$12” fills but end up leaving after spending $35, being cut MULTIPLE times, being LIED to, getting YELLED AT BY SOME LADIES WHO CAN’T SPEAK ENGLISH and completely UNSANITARY. If that wasn’t bad enough, it doesn’t even look good. The nails look yellowish when they’re supposed to be white. Worst experience ever, save yourself time and money and go elsewhere please…

very bad service, came in to get a full set and left with the lumpiest nails ever. the polish is super uneven and clumped at the ends. they cut me several times and were extremely unprofessional. they tried to charge my friend $50 for a fil with chrome. they claimed it was because of "gel powder". the staff was extremely rude when she asked why and were practically yelling at us. NEVER COME HERE

Quality of work is not great. Pedicure the nails aren’t cleaned thoroughly and the products are old. I’m hoping the polish doesn’t peel off 😮‍💨

Came in for a mani / pedi was not greeted at all just want you to sign the paper and sit down. Another lady came in as well and was not greeted we both looked at each other and left

My mom frequents this business often for her lash extensions. I decided to treat her, and 2 other family members to pedis, manis, and lash extensions.We were the first ones in once the shop opened at 9:30. I should have known by the location what type of service to expect. I myself was not receiving any services but I wanted to sit next to my mom in a more comfortable chair because the waiting chairs are EXTREMELY uncomfortable and I recently had surgery. I was RUDELY told by one of the ladies that I cannot sit there since I was not being serviced...mind you WE WERE THE ONLY ONES THERE and I was paying for everyones service and it was not busy. I guess my expectations were way too high for this place and if it was up to me we would NOT have continued services. I guarantee we will NOT be back. I strongly encourage you all to seek better communication/customer service skills. Unfortunately, others see no issue with this type of behavior and will continue to patronize these businesses in their neighborhoods with poor customer service.

Where can I start! The place is extremely ghetto and out dated Kathy has a nasty attitude and very rude. Right after you pay her her attitude shifts. She tells customer they are being picky and go somewhere else. I strongly recommend you not going there.

please save your money and go else where.. they treat customer horrible. dont even welcome you as you walk in. cathy did my eye lashes while having a conversation on the telephone which resulted in her almost poking my freaking eye out.. the bad part is she actually blamed it on me! it was my fault she was on the phone, not paying attention, & almost poked my eye out. ive never been back & make sure i tell everyone i know not to go.
