Janet the owner/manager ““BURNS YOUR BLOND HAIR””. She DOES NOT have the proper experience to do the blondes, She had my hair fall off n it was stretchy like rubber bands i had blisters on my scalp and she charged me $250 on Save your money n your hair go some where else she will tell you to sit in the chemical while she attends other clients and your time will expire and she doesn’t care her method of payment is Zelle and cash only so that you don’t have a way to recall nor dispute a transaction —————————————————————— Janet la propietaria/gerente ““QUEMA TU PELO RUBIO””. Ella NO TIENE la experiencia adecuada para hacer los rubios. Se me cayó el cabello y estaba elástico como bandas de goma. Tenía ampollas en el cuero cabelludo y me cobró $ 250 Ahorre su dinero y su cabello vaya a otro lugar, usted se sienta en el químico mientras ella atiende a otros clientes y su tiempo expirará y a ella no le importa su método de pago es Zelle y efectivo solo para que no tenga una forma de retirar o disputar una transacción

We had called yesterday at 2:30pm and was met with a rude and impatient lady on the phone. We asked for a shave and trim and was met with "if that's all you need you should look at other outlet salons," to that we asked why and she informed us she was booked for the next 2 weeks. We were more than happy to work with that even met with a rude attitude. So we were put on hold for a couple minutes and was hung up on. We called back but no one answered. Tried again a couple minutes later and still no one answered. I wish I could've given this place a fair chance :(
