Had an appointment and they stated they couldn't take me . Don't waste your time

Wow!! First and last time and I’m sad to say this. Was feeling super excited to visit this place as it would’ve been my first time and what a horrible experience. I had a random late text around 7:53pm telling me that they wanted me to confirm my already confirmed 1pm appointment but now i was being told that they were going to move it to 11am instead of 1pm. No explanation, no asking if it was ok, just telling me they were going to be changing it. I then replied, hello and that I cannot change it and that I had prior engagements and that this was a very late notice of any changes on their behalf. So the next day I show up to my supposed confirmed appointment time to an empty locked up place. I called the number and asked why they were closed and that I had an appointment and Betty told me that I didn’t confirm with her. I could not believe my ears. I told her that we actually did confirm and i have the text messages to prove that we had confirmed and she said “oh it’s because the lady couldn’t assist me because she’s a mom and has children and they didn’t have anyone to help me” even though I had confirmed many days prior. I even asked, so how are we going to fix this and she literally kept talking over me. Instead of listening to my concerns or even try in giving any solutions to fix her error which she confessed to, I got nothing. No attempt to try to make the situation even a little better. I asked if anyone was going to come to help me and she said No! This is upsetting to the Max. I explained to her that THIS is not how you do business and the least anyone deserves is a simple courtesy explanation and phone call (NOT A TEXT) to speak to clients of any changes. UNBELIEVABLE!! I asked to speak to a manager and she replied Angie is in Mexico. SOME ADVICE....get some better customer service and teach them to call clients of any changes and NEVER text, it’s called courtesy and people wouldn’t waste their time. They lost me and possibly many others that I would’ve referred, SAD!

did my first session and it went good except for a few small things. first, I did the whole body one ($95)-included sides, tummy and thighs with butt lift. I was disappointed it didn't include double chin, arm pits, arms or back (since it was the whole body one) it did take about 2hrs though. its only my first session and I don't see a difference...yet... they recommend about 8-12 sessions and one session a week at the least. also, they do explain that you need A LOT of water and do a low carb diet ( they say no bread, pasta or sugar) or it won't help you achieve what your are going for. The location I went to was on Thomas, they kept the front door locked the entire time ( kinda weird ). I was warm too an sweating, not sure if it's cause there were so many people. The employees were very professional though, Maria was great! They warned me that i will bruise too... and I did. It's almost like a deep tissue massage, felt great I'll update if I notice a change or anything
