Took my son today for a style and cut. His hair is really thick and wavy and long and hard to tame. It was the first professional cut that he ever loved. She took her time and made sure everything was trimmed just right. His hair looks so much healthier and super cool. I recommend both men and women to give her a try. You are in the best hands. Lastly, she cares about her clients and she exudes this warmth that is both comforting and relaxing. We will go to no one else from here on out.

Her henna was beautiful but overpriced. I paid $100 for two hands and it wasn’t on the whole hand, just a little above the wrist. I don’t know if that’s how she charges all of her customers or if I got ripped off. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to get their henna done here unless you wanna get robbed. There’s more places who do it with better prices for their work.

My daughter is biracial and has loose curls that she wanted straightened. It was last minute so I was calling places all morning. Ms. Anila had an opening and was close by. All I can say is OMGosh! Noone has ever straightened and trimmed my daughter's hair like this. It is absolutely gorgeous. I didn't recognize her when I went back in. I thought she was some random young lady on first glance. She has had her hair straightened a handful of times by different stylist and they did okay but Anila nailed it! My daughter is so happy and so am I. What a blessing that we found Anila.

Very disappointed with my perm, I had to go back twice because it was so bad. The curls don’t even curl right and all go different ways which makes the hair extremely frizzy and hard to style. Not to mention some curls literally fell off. I’m not sure if it was from chemical damage or because they were so tight to my scalp. I can’t even dry my hair without it looking horrible. She’s an extremely sweet lady and had great reviews, but when it comes to perms it’s a no for me.

We went here not knowing what to expect and boy were we amazed. The pictures speak for themselves but Anila did a wonderful job and with quite some speed. She's friendly and will make adjustments to the design based on her experience if needed. She's amazing at what she does and I would definitely recommend her to anyone wanting a job well done with their henna design.

Found Anila's Salon while visiting my husband who was working up here in the San Antonio area. I needed a touch up on my Mohawk and my eyebrows threaded before going to a wedding in Maryland on Friday. I had already stopped at the North Star Mall amd Sports clips (whose wait time was 73 minutes! thank u next Sports Clips!) Admittedly I was a bit lost when i arrived at the salon because i wasnt aware that the building housed a slew of smaller individually owned salons. Anyway, we did have a small wait which wasnt too bad but when i got in there and explained what i was there for i knew i was in good hands. She took the time to really make sure she knew exactly what i wanted and how!! My Mohawk is fierce and proud once again and these eyebrows are killing them in Houston!! If you ever need a ghoul to do your hair or eyebrows SHE IS THE ONE!!! PLUS i don't know many salons that run Netflix on the telly and is SO WILLING to find something YOU want to watch!! The service was exceptional and if I personally ever happen to be in San Antonio again I would TOTALLY make an effort to swing by her again regardless!! Anila is DA BOMB!! GO SEE HER YOU WONT REGRET IT!! THANKS AGAIN ANILA I FEEL LIKE MY NORMAL SELF AGAIN!!! SMOOCHIES!!!

I cannot recommend Anila enough! This is definitely been the best salon experience I’ve had. She did an amazing job with my perm and eyebrows while also having a great set up in her salon! She has a tv so that you can watch netflix while she does your hair (great for people like me who have stressful jobs and just want to relax), a foot massager while she shampoos your hair, popcorn for when you’re watching tv and getting your hair done...I don’t have any complaints about my experience! Highly recommend her for anyone unsure of who to go to for hair and eyebrows

Literally the best haircut I’ve ever had in my life! So relaxing and refreshing! Anila took her time and just let me relax while she trimmed my hair! she has a cute quiet salon room and I would definitely go back! She’s now my new hair stylist. Did not feel rushed or didn’t try to talk me into doing anything else with my hair like most places. Very reasonable prices and took her time! Thank you Anila! -Kathleen

I have been going here for 3 years to get my eyebrows done! Today I went and miss rose was gone ! :( I let her daughter do my eyebrow and she told me they would be thick !!!!! She took alllll my hair off and they look completly difftent and I am so sad about the way they came out !! I will never return to this place again :(
