I had such a wonderful experience at Ann Volcano Nail Lounge! The salon was immaculate and the atmosphere was so calming. My nail technician, Daisy, was amazing—she paid so much attention to detail and gave me exactly what I wanted. The entire staff was friendly and professional. I couldn’t be happier with my gel manicure/pedicure and eyebrow wax. I’ll definitely be coming back!

This is the BEST nail salon I have been to in a very long time. It is clean, family owned and everyone is friendly and professional. This is the only place I will go to. Amazing Pedicures and dip nails. Suzie and Debbie are amazing. One of the gentlemen who works there even walked me to my car with an umbrella when it rained.

This was my second time seeing Jaxon for a manicure and he was amazing! He made sure I got the shape, length, and color I wanted and he was very attentive. This is the only place I will get my nails done now!

Gave this salon a chance since they were new. I will never be returning back. Unsanitary!!!!! Waiting for my old dip to soften and be removed , a male technician cut his own nails in front of me. (Beyond Gross) They were flying all over. He actually had the nerve to try and use those same clippers to trim my nails. I said NO! I asked him to please use a sanitary package that has not been used on anyone yet. He grabbed an open wet plastic bag. I refused to get my cuticles cut for the risk of infection. I got the dip. I had to put my fingers in the same jar that other people use on a daily basis. He never requested me to wash my hands prior to the service. The germs in that jar, UGH! BTW, he used a nail file to clean his stations with scraping the nail scraps off of it like it was crumb sweeper that restaurants use. He used that same file on my nails. I wanted to cry. I should of left!!!!! Never had a hand massage with lotion and paid 45.00. DO NOT GO THERE. Filthily!!! I hate posting negative reviews but I must warn others especially people that have a weak immune system. This a brand new nail salon and is located near the new Publix on Honore. BEWARE!

So happy to have a new nail salon to go to that is clean, friendly and shows great care for their work and customer service! I travel frequently and this place is top notch. My technician was knowledgeable and eager to do the design I wanted, even though I felt it was a big ask. Wow! Beyond happy! 🙏🏼💕

Visiting from NY and stopped in for a manicure with Susan. This place is the cleanest, nicest nail salon I have ever been in. A little pricey (even by NY standards), but well worth it. I came back the next day for a spa pedicure and it was amazing! Highly recommend and will be back, ask for Susan - she’s magical!

A great experience from beginning to end from the greeting when I walked in the door. The salon is clean and roomy, they offer you multiple different beverages while you relax and enjoy your service. I had the BEST pedicure from Kimberly with an incredible leg and foot massage. Top notch in every way!

I had an amazing experience, I drove all the way from palmetto to see Ann and Jaxon. I had the best manicure with dip and gel pedi, clean and upscale salon for sure. Beautifully decorated and warm ambiance to make anyone feel welcomed!! Highly recommended!! Not to mention, they are so talented with designs!!

I had been waiting for this new salon to open and had a chance to visit today. I was impressed with the ambiance and staff. Very clean and professional. This is a great addition for the Palmer Ranch communities. I will definitely be back with friends and family.

I had the BEST experience! They shaped my nails exactly how I wanted and the pedicure was amazing! I am in a wedding next week and unfortunately the original dip color came out a darker than the bride wanted so I had to go back the same day to ask them to lighten the color and they did it without hesitation. I offered to pay for the fix, but they insisted on not charging me. Their customer service is amazing! Everyone there is so friendly and personable! I def will be back and refer them to everyone I know!!
