By the way, massage therapist is only available on Wednesdays and Fridays. I’m letting you all know since they don’t post it on the website or on the Groupon. Also, they took forever to answer the phone and wasn’t very polite.

Lily the stylist is the best! She accepted my last minute dire need of a professional haircut and did a phenomenal job. She knows hair and aesthetics and what will make you look and feel right with your haircut. I'd been stuck in an 80's style rut, but she put me at ease and now I only wish I'd seen her years ago. Exceptional customer service! I wish I could give more stars. The women here are AMAZING. They took me in last min for a quick birthday hairstyle and did such a good job. I highly recommend!!

I haven't a had a proper hair cut since covid began and I just so happened to be near by when I decided I needed one, it turns out there was a cancelation and I was able to get in and out within less than an hour. I was incredibly lucky I was able to get my hair cut by Lily! She taught me a lot about my hair that I had no idea. I hope to come back soon!

Their website states that they do acrylic nails which is what I intended of getting. Once I arrived they said they don’t. They only do regular manicure and no chip. I settled for a no chip since I was already there. Overall the place was very friendly, clean and 40.00 for no chip seems reasonable for down town prices.

Very attentive salon. Quality manicure and pedicure! Would definitely recommend. The Swedish massage was fabulous, and was more therapeutic with working out tightness and knots. The additional reflexology for hands and feet was nice as well. Would definitely schedule again.

Highly recommend this salon. Professional, friendly service. I was in Chicago for a wedding and stayed at the Pendry hotel. This salon was conveniently located across the street from the hotel. I was in & out in 30 minutes and received so many compliments on my hair. Would absolutely visit again!

Great salon. Everyone is very professional and very skillful. I usually going for haircut ( Ivana is great!) & manicure and pedicure and never been disappointed. My style is short picksy and you really need a talented hairdresser for that.Strongly recommended.

Great service in very little time - exactly what you need when you want to get your nails done during your lunch hour or before you go to work. They also open early making it a great place to get your nails done before going to the office. They also sell products and have a hair salon.

I got a mani, pedi, and an updo at this salon and I LOVED the quality of care I received at this place. For downtown Chicago, the prices were VERY reasonable. The nail techs even gave me some advice on how to do my makeup for the wedding I was attending that day.

I had booked a mani, pedi and wax at the spa at the hotel where my wedding was taking place. I had booked services for a Friday and my wedding was the next day. When I arrived the spa has no record of my reservation. The concierge at the hotel suggested Anna George to me. The services were high quality and affordable. My regular mani lasted for two weeks in the sand and sun on my honeymoon. The ladies were very friendly and professional and many have been working there for many, many years. Loyal employees say a lot about a place. Highly suggest this place!

I haven't been to the salon for a styling appointment yet, but I'm having a hard time scheduling an appointment. When I spoke to one woman on the phone, she said she'd call back if anyone cancelled on the day that I requested the appointment instead of trying to work with other times or days in my schedule. I've tried to call after hours to leave a message with an update, but there's no answering machine to make it possible to contact them outside of opening hours. I'll update this review after my appointment, but theirs seems like a poorly planned way to schedule business.

Thanks to Groupon I found Victoria and she is sooo amazing!!! I love, love, loooove my hair! Partial foil + deep conditioning treatment + haircut. I’m always a bit timid going to new stylists in new cities (traveling for work) but she did such an amazing job and is amazing with blondes!!

I went in for a simple up do and got a mani-pedi to prepare for a wedding I was attending. Staff was friendly and took very good care of me. The nail techs even helped me pick the appropriate polish color to accommodate my dress. Prices were very reasonable considering that its in downtown Chicago.
