I love Anna!! Come to her for all your beauty needs. The parking/location is so easy and convenient, right by Braham. Service takes only 15 minutes AT MOST for everything! And that’s what I need because I hate it when waxing takes a long time. She can do waxing, eyelashes, everything!!! Very lovely. The price is also lovely.

I've been seeing Anna for my Brazilian waxes, and she’s truly the best! She's incredibly quick and efficient, my appointments are usually done in about 10 minutes. Anna makes a genuine effort to ensure I feel comfortable throughout the process, which can be a bit nerve-wracking. Plus, she’s such a lovely person to chat with, our conversations always make the experience enjoyable. If you're looking for someone who is skillful and friendly, Anna is definitely your go-to! Highly recommend!

Anna is very professional and made the process easy on my first initial appointment. I prefer a more personal and private setting as a male about skin care and facial treatments. You can't be young forever, age gets to you. Anna is a professionally train skincare specialist that does facial treatments, trimming and waxing. After the first appointment I felt very comfortable in her services and results cleaning up my face and better treating facial scars. I will continue going to Anna.

I have been going to Anna for about a year now. My original wax lady of 10 years is no longer waxing. I went to a few other people but was not comfortable. I found Anna's skin care and right away Anna was so welcoming into her business. She is very knowledgeable and professional. I have also gotten my lashes done with her and other treatments on a regular bases. She has helped me with skin care and I have seen a huge improvement and I will continue to come here. I have very sensitive skin and I don't normally trust people with facials or treatments on my face. She explained everything to me and it has done wonders on my skin. I will not go to anyone else for wax or treatments.

I had an amazing microneedling session with Anna. She is very kind, caring and professional. The room was clean and it was a pleasant experience. Microneedling is definitely not completely painless even with numbing cream, but the benefit your skin gets from it is 100% worth it (as it also helps to stimulate collagen production). My skin looks wonderful after it completely healed (took about 7 days). I got lots of compliments from my friends and they all asked what I did to my skin cause it has a really nice glow and the skin texture looks good even without makeup. Very satisfied 😊

Going into my first waxing experience I was definitely very hesitant and worried about the inevitable pain. Right out of the gate, Anna put my mind and awkwardness at ease and was very methodical and efficient in walking me through the process. She made quick work and the entire process was quick and painless. As a new comer to waxing, I had questions about aftercare and things to avoid, which Anna walked me through and explained well. I also opted for a massage afterwards, which helped alleviate some issues in my upper back. I'd definitely recommend Anna's services.

I had a great experience with Anna after receiving the European facial. My skin felt rejuvenated and instantly refreshed. I came back a second time within two weeks right before my company event, wanting the same fresh feeling and she did an amazing job again. Anna is the best! I have been going to her for about 3 years. I found her just by chance when I desperately needed a wax. She was able to make an appointment for me right away. She was so professional, efficient and friendly that I just continued to see her exclusively from that moment forward. She offers multiple services although I have only gone to her for wax and skin tag removal. She follows up with you to schedule maintenance appointments because she knows that we get busy and sometimes forget! I highly recommend Anna. She's efficient, professional, sweet and loves to share photos of her cutie little dog babies 😊

all the negative reviews are absolutely true. it's up to customers to pay heed to negative reviews or take responsibility of any bad behavior they encounter at this place be bad behavior, or treated improperly or money fraud. the lady here is big time evil and she is good at it. save yourself time, money and drama if you don't particularly like that kind of nonsense. also my one star is no star. zero star. these are tax evaders money stealers and shady services so always ask for itemized receipt. most of the services offered are fake and are useless.

I’ve been going to Anna for a little bit now and she is a wonderful woman. English is her second language so she may not word things as the next English speaking person. She does her best to try and make your service as comfortable as possible. She is a very sweet woman and has experience in quite a bit of skin care and has a vase knowledge of skin care. Ever since I have had her services my skin had been feeling so much better and looking a lot healthier. I also get my Brazilian wax from her and my facials and they’re AMAZING!!! I highly recommend her services , she works around the time you have available as well. There’s always going to be one or two bad reviews but don’t let those deter you from experiencing things yourself. I have not had any regrets going to Anna, she’s the nicest sweetest Asian woman that’s done my services and made me feel comfortable and almost falling asleep during the services. Give her a try!! You won’t regret it!!!

This person is a fraud. She took our money and refused to serve us. When she sent me a fraction of my money back on Venmo, she stated that we were a no show, when in fact she told us that she couldn’t provide the full service as we were late. Mind you, I was driving 30-40 mins to get to her, and when I messaged her that I am a couple of mins late (apologizing), she said “whatever you are late so I’ll just give you a mask to apply at home. Can’t do the full thing since I have appointments back to back.” - like dude, if I’m paying someone $100, I want the full service. She had no one else come in after us (as she offered me several times throughout the afternoon when I booked her like an hour before), but when I told her we were a couple of mins late, she started saying she can’t serve us anymore. It was our first time going to her, so any other business owner would have been more courteous. But nope. Lack of professionalism, her demeanor, lack of care and empathy, was a complete disappointment. I am out $70 now - but maybe this is how she makes her money. Venmo won’t even give me my money back as I paid her as a person I know (she literally texted me that she does not want to pay tax or fees). So be aware! We also booked with her due to her good online reviews - but I ended up driving to her for no reason. Waste of my 1.5 hours and $70. I hope this helps others avoid this place and just go somewhere else.

What a great find! Saw Anna for some skin issues that she was able to fix quickly! I will definitely be back to work on other things that need taking care of. Her place is professional, relaxing, and Anna has a great way of putting you at ease with her calm attitude. If I could give more stars I would!
