I love Anna Spa. I’ve been going to them since about 2018. All of their massage therapists are really good. My sister was in town visiting and she said it was the best massage she had ever had! Use Google translate if you need to convey important information and it will be very helpful!

Fabulous 30 minute massage. Lisa was able to knock out the knots that were killing my neck. Definitely recommend and look forward to going back. :-)

1 JUN 2024 - Very unprofessional. When I arrived I asked for a 60 minute deep tissue massage as my muscles were sore from working out. The lady at the front desk took me to the room and said to get undressed. The massage table did not have a bottom sheet or a top cover sheet, only a paper cloth bottom and a basic bath towel. I undressed but left my small boxer briefs on under the towel. When she walked back in she lifted the towel and said "no, you take off" and proceeded to pull off my briefs exposing my backside before completely lifting and readjusting the towel. During the massage she pushed the towel down and kept my backside exposed almost the entire time and her hand placement was very inappropriate for a licensed massage Therapist, which i do not believe she was ever professionally tranied and certified. The massage itself was all over the place, lots of knuckels and elbows. The phone rang multiple times to which she would stop, leave the room to answer it and comes back into the room. When it finally ended and went to pay, the massage was $60 and the tax was $4. I do not tip on tax. I left a 10% tip which for the unprofessional/inappropriate massage was extremely generous. After I signed the slip she grabbed it and said "What is this? Is this $6?" I looked back at her and said yes it's $6, is that a problem, to which she replied $6 tip?. I again said is there a problem? She finally said no, no problem. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT EVER AGAIN. I do not believe they are trained and licensed massage therapists. They are very inappropriate in their massage practices and the covering of clients and placement of their hands. I have never had such a horrible and invasive massage experience in my life. STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS. 2 AUG 2024 - The spa owner just replied to my review two months after I wrote it trying to discredit my experience saying they have no records of my visit. Essentially saying that I am being dishonest about my experience. Attached is my credit card receipt that shows the charge to Anna Spa in Philadelphia on the 1st of June, 2024. DO NOT GO HERE. Anna Spa conducts unsavory practices in both their massage services and now the way they attempt to discredit customers. Update: Apparently the spa removed their reply to my original post so I've posted the screen shot as well as my receipt.

Today I went to Anna Spa for 30min foot massage and it was wonderful, The therapist made sure to focus on all the right spots, from the arches to the heels, and even gave some extra care to my toes. By the end of the session, my feet felt light and completely refreshed. Overall, my experience at Anna Spa was top-notch. If you’re looking for a way to pamper yourself and give your feet the care they deserve, I highly recommend booking a foot massage here. It’s a small investment in self-care that delivers big relaxation and comfort.

I am so grateful that this place is close by. A quick 30 minute foot reflexology can change your day. It's best to make an appointment, but I have dropped in when I needed a pick me up during or after a tough day. It's not the fanciest place, but Strong hands and massage knowledge is what I go for. I leave refreshed every time.

I recently visited Anna Spa and had a wonderful experience. The staff was friendly and professional, creating a relaxed atmosphere. Me and my boyfriend went here. We booked a couples massages. Although the massage was good, there were tons of red flags. First, instead of doing the both of us together they had my boyfriend waiting for 15 minutes. Second, the curtain was not closed all the way and they kept stopping during the massage. The lady even got on her phone during the massage and spoke loudly. There were people walking in and out of the room, it was just uncomfortable. When it came time to pay the lady told us that they did not take card, which was weird because there are tons of sign in there that says other wise. They told us to “find an ATM” and that they can’t take any other form of payment. Overall this establishment is unprofessional and we will not be going here again.

The massage was nice. Everything went well until it was time to pay. Me and my boyfriend got the couples massage that was ($110) in total. We told them we were using a card and they said it was an 8% tax which would’ve made our total $118.80 . She charged my card $130 and then proceeded to ask for a tip. When I said not today, we’ll be back, She persisted that we pay a tip and turned her face up. She not only over charged my card; but lost 2 potential loyal customers. I will never go back there again.

My first time going and the Best Deep Tissue Massage ever. She massage every inch of my body for one hour. She was a rough but it felt so Good. My muscles were really sore from intense working out at the gym. I can’t wait to go back. Next time I’m gonna have to add in the Foot reflexologist

As the daughter of a deep tissue massage expert, my standards are high... and every time I've been here I'm impressed beyond words. I tell people "they speak muscle". Over the years they've come to incorporate hot stone, acupressure, etc. They can be more intense than expected for some, but most people don't understand that true results come from DEEP tissue work - and they know exactly where your muscles need it. You can always ask them to lessen the pressure, but this is the ONLY place I've been to in decades that truly knows how to heal the body with massage. They are amazing and affordable!

Incredible and Affordable. Knew where my trouble spots were and focused on them without even asking. They do deep tissue but they ask what level of pressure you want..I personally want it to post hurt but you can ask them to be gentle. I left feeling better than I have in a long time. Don't believe the negative reviews and obviously always tip your masseuse. This place was wonderful and friendly.

Me & my sister went to have a 90 min massage. She had the woman . I had the male They used their elbows the whole entire time . It was terrible . I just wanted to cry . I asked my sister if she was ok she yelled “ this hurts “ . The man laughed . We wasn’t sure what was funny ... let’s just say .... 90 minutes turned to 20 minutes & the lady asked us for a tip ... I gave her advice ... not a tip 🏌🏽‍♀️ Never again .. I felt like a sushi roll

I LOVE IT HERE! I get massages every single week from here, and yes, they can be a bit rough for some (I love it), but all you have to say is "please be gentle I'm sore", and they will quickly adjust. And do yourself a favor, get the $20 body massage and a $20 foot reflexology... BEST $40 YOU WILL EVER SPEND!!!! Ask for Michele💗

Me & my husband went here to get a massage and they were super ruff on both of our backs I felt like he was about to break my spine & when we were done getting our massages I tipped but I guess it wasn’t enough cause the lady who massaged my husband came out and said u give me more tip for him I said I tipped already & she wanted to go back & forth with me horrible I won’t go back
