I live in the LES with my 6 year old daughter. It is hard to find a salon that cut children hair cuts. When I asked Nelly she said yes of course we do kids haircuts! This mom was happy and relieved. Nelly was kind, patient, warm and inviting, she gave my daughter her first hair cut Fellow moms this place is phenomenal. Nelly is kind and inviting and prices are reasonable!!

THIS PLACE IS A RIP OFF . THE OWNER ANNA DID WHAT SHE WANTED . I WENT IN THERE LITERALLY AKING FOR A SPECIFIC HAIR COLOR - I EXPRESSED THE LAST 3 PLACES IVE GONE TOO WAS NOT PLEASANT AND THE AMOUNT OF MONEY i ALREADY SPENT . I TOLD HER WHAT I WANTED AND ASKED FOR HONESTY UP FRONT. SHE DECIDED TO DO A COLOR "SHE" THOUGHT ID LIKE - AND WHEN I TOLD HER I DIDNT LIKE IT - TO DO THE COLOR I WANTED - SHE DECIDED TO SAY SHE WILL CHARGE ME MORE - ABSOLUTE RIP OFF!!!! FIRST OF ALL DONT DO ANYTHING WITHOUT ASKING FIRST SECONDLY HOW IS THAT MY FAULT ? YOU NEED TO FIX WHAT YOU MESSED UP AT NO CHARGE! I WOULD NOT GO HERE ! SHE CAN DO THAT TO YOU TOO EVEN AFTER I EXPRESSIVELY TOLD HER TO PLEASE TELL ME IF THIS CAN BE DONE AND TO NOT DO OTHERWISE ITS ALL ABOUT MONEY IN THIS PLACE

Always a great salon with very skilled professional stylists. Temperature checks were done and the clients were limited to allow for a safe environment to achieve our beauty needs. Nelly is phenomenal with understanding the hair by sight and touch. She has excelled in her art more and more in the 12 years I have left my hair in her care. Unmatched service and body care with reasonable prices.

I went in with a horrible job of a omber from a different salon.Nelly fix it She did a balayage in a brownish color n she also cut my hair.she does amazing work n knows what she's doing.

The owner and staff are awesome. They treat you like family with open arms and are very professional. My sisters, niece's and myself have been getting our hair done their for years. Much love for them ❤❤
