My daughters had nails done for school. They were spoken to disrespectfully, overcharged, and job was not done thoroughly as they rushed through the process. I called to discuss with manager and was given misinformation and no apology for the service. We will not be returning.

I am very disappointed after going to Anna's to have them remove my powder dipped nails. The women I had did not even soak in acetone or buff off with a grinder. She used a plastic nail tip to peel them off and damaged my nails underneath which are now paper thin. After doing much research I now know that you need to soak in acetone and gently scrape off the dip!!! She charged me $10.for this I will not go back even tho they are the ones that did my initial dip manicure which I did like.

Anna nails does a great job for pedicures. I tried something different and had a gel manicure this week and a nail chipped after a couple days, which is unusual for gel. I called and they got me right in and fixed the nail with no charge. Love that customer service!

The guy was very precise filing my nails to make them the perfect shape and my nails turned out beautifully.

Me and my family came out to get our nails and toes done and it was close to closing time so they rushed through they looked terrible she had designs het lines on her nails and they are messed up and uneven they have all kinds of bumps bubbles ect. Here are few pictures

Absolutely awful. The guy was pulling my hand aggressively the entire time and kept messing up my nail polish. He barley filed my nails and the shape is horrendous. I don’t know what they consider to be matte or a coffin shape but this is not it. Over priced for a rushed job.

Horrible services , went there Saturday and had the worst experience and my life Very rough and unprofessional , i usually tip everywhere bt the the service i received i couldn’t and i WILL NEVER GO BACK .. i don’t recommend AT ALL .

I got a toe polish change. They were painted horrible. I also got a fill the job was not good at all prices in salon does not match the prices they quoted! It says a pedicure is $35. They charged me $30 for a polish change on my toes and $45 for a fill. And when I first got my full set done, I was $50 The math is not math is not mathing If I can give them zero stars, I would

My mom, sister, and I scheduled our time in advance and had the best mani/pedi time together. Our service was exceptional and would return again and again with an experience like this! Thank you so much for your kindness and expertise!

I didn’t know until I left that they had taken me for a manicure at THE last minute (closing). I didn’t get her name, but the woman who did my nails was very nice and knowledgeable. She cared about what was best for my nails and I walked away very happy with results. I’m definitely coming back here.

The guy I always get stuck with every time I go in has the air about him that he hates having to be there and never smiles or looks at me. Even when he checks me out at the register. Will not be back. For mani. However Pedi is opposite!! Great experience with friendly staff and reasonable prices.

Amazing pedi, accommodated my 2 year old, myself, and my mother in law quickly! My 2 year old was very nervous but they got her comfortable and excited to get a pedi! I'm always excited to go to Anna's!

this was AMAZING!!! my worker was funny, talented, skilled, and kind! they properly asked what i wanted, made sure my nails were even, and apologized for her mistakes and fixed it quickly. but there were some downsides, another worker of my friends didnt cooperate to what she wanted, so she didnt get what she wanted, and another worker went to smoke every 20 mins or so, when doing my other friends nails. It wasn't very professional, and made my friends nails a bit uneven. he did okay on the design, though.
