I just came today at Annazur spa and It was so relaxing. Aliz was my girl and she is so sweet and careful with her job, she also gave me a good talk and a good time there. She showed me all their products and explained me everything for the after care of my full legs waxing and my lips. I'm coming back for sure.

There was nothing incredibly wrong with the facial but I don’t feel as if it was worth the money. Nowhere on the website does it indicate how long the facial is supposed to be. The microdermabrasion facial only lasted 45 minutes and that includes the small extras I was encouraged to add (ex: a hot towel on my face for 5 dollars and my neck area.) After the facial I was also encouraged to buy something when I told the aesthetician that I liked the toner I was using and don’t need another. She also didn’t tell me the products she was using on my face, so I have no idea what the facial consisted of.

They can't seem to hire anyone that speaks pleasantly or in English, yet they charge American prices. The staff that was worth seeing left because management treated them so badly. Sad to see a fraud spa like this in Jax.

I drive an hour every month to go to see Aliz for sugaring because the service she provides is fantastic. I’ve gone to other places that offer sugaring but since I started going to Annazur I haven’t gone anywhere else and I’ve been going to Aliz for a year.

I had the best experience with them. Aliz, took great care of me, very professional and friendly, she made me feel very comfortable. I am Brazilian, then “waxing” is very common for us, however I was stuck in the stereotype that only Brazilian waxing places were good; little did I know! Annazur Organic Spa is just perfect! They offer all kinds of cosmetics product so you can take proper care after waxing! ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!

today was my first time coming to annazur s.p.a. and it was wonderful! the atmosphere was very calming and upon arrival i was greeted by a warm smile by my aesthetician yelena. yelena was amazing!! she was very thoughtful, kind, & calming. i had a gau sha facial & she did amazing, she wasn’t rough at all and explained perfectly what she was going to be doing before we started my service. i definitely recommend Annazur spa, if you want a soothing and relaxing experience you have to come here. also if you want an more relaxing experience book with yelena!

Please use your deposit when you book a service, as you will not get a refund if you never use it. They told me they could not locate my deposit because every time you get a service, they never credit your account. They just move the credit to the next visit but never apply the credit. This is real.
