Annie’s Salon is worked by individual manicurists and hair stylist so make certain you to make an appointment with the individual professional. I have been coming here for over two decades years and am always satisfied with the service and quality. My manicurist is Yeny and I wouldn’t trade her for the world , her work is unmatched! In addition I must ado that all the manicurists and hairstylists at this salon truly are great and very detailed. Rest assured, You won’t be disappointed.

Pésima atención al cliente, llamé el día 9 de junio para hacer una cita, era miércoles, y me comunicaron con la manicurista que no se el nombre porque ni eso me dijeron, solo me dijo que tenia citas disponibles hasta el próximo lunes, le dije que entonces podía llegar martes, hicimos la cita para martes 15 de junio a las 5:15pm. Llegué al lugar ayer a la hora de la cita y me dicen que con quien yo hice cita? Porque las manicuristas ya se habían ido diciendo que ya no tenian más citas ese día. Le dije que llame desde la semana pasada para hacer cita, y todavía me culpa a mi diciendo que yo debí llamar antes para asegurarme de que la cita seguía pendiente, porque en todo lugar hay gente irresponsable. Yo le dije que NUNCA me había pasado eso, de hacer una cita en un lugar supuestamente serio y que me dejaran plantada, la encargada llamó a las manicuristas las cuales nunca contestaron, y simplemente me dijeron que no podían hacer nada. Tremendas irresponsables, que me dejaron colgadas por confiar que era un lugar serio. Jamás recomendaría un lugar donde no les importa tu tiempo, ni la supuesta seguridad de una cita. Donde te dejan colgada y les da igual. Menos 0 estrellas para este lugar que le quise dar una oportunidad. Gracias a Dios me atendieron SIN CITA PREVIA en MAGICAL NAILS, que queda a 2 minutos de ahí, y las uñas me quedaron preciosas !!! Porque tenía un evento y quería ir arreglada.
