Unless you’ve been here before and have someone you like to use, do NOT come here. I was recommended by a friend to someone specifically, but that person couldn’t do my pedicure so someone else in the salon did it. The guy did not say a word to me the whole time, I was in and out within 30 minutes, and it was not relaxing at all. They got my money once, but they won’t get it again.

Very happy with my experience. Nails turned out great. Full set within $50-$60 range. Clean, sterile equipment used straight from autoclave sealed packaging.

Edit: I went back and it was as bad if not worse. 6 nails have chipped between saturday and Tuesday. The same person did the redo. Argued that I got the right nail color the first time after I had already gotten the wrong one twice. I found the one I had requested the first time by running around the salon myself. She used the machine to file my fragile, natural nails and still had to use a chemical remover and more of the machine to remove the already chipping paint. Painted my fingers and cuticles so this definitely won't last two weeks. Had to fix and finish with another top coat and cure at home. To top if off, never apologized for the extra visit and time spent. Won't waste money here again. Spent almost $80 before tip on a regular, zero frills, pedicure and a gel manicure and before the end of the day two nails were chipped. Didn't last 6 hours and I didn't do dishes, gardening, or any other manual work. Unfortunately, they are closed today but I'll be going back tomorrow to get this fixed.

Extremely fast, kind, & talented artists (every person working there, can’t go wrong). One of the only places in town you can still get a full set for a good price w tip and actually leave LOVING your nails . Getting a full new set and gel pedi takes them maybe 1.5 hours. some of the artists have been doing nail art for 20+ years, plus they are darling people.

After a horrible experience at another nail salon in the area, Ann’s nails was recommended to me. Danny slayed my nails!! I am trying out different salons and different sets for my wedding nails in December and I will definitely be returning! Danny was patient, kind, conversational, and at each step in the process, stopped and allowed me to make sure everything was just the way that I wanted it to be. It’s absolutely worth the short drive to come here and it a much-needed change in scenery from the other UVA nail salons I’ve been to. Undoubtedly the best salon in the area. Thanks again Danny!

Ann's Nails accommodated four of us for pedicures. We had lots of fun and they did a great job! I highly recommend making a reservation. They were extremely busy and we were there on a Monday.

I had my first full set at this nail salon today and I am so happy with how my experience was❤️ My nail technician did exactly what I asked for. Definitely will be my go to spot now. 🥰

I walked in around 0930 on a Tuesday morning for a gel mani/pedi and they very luckily were able to squeeze me in (after seeing someone else not be able to do a walk-in later, they told me my situation was unusual and usually they were booked solid with appointments). They did both the mani/pedi at the same time, which was fantastic since I was short on time too. Not only was I very impressed by how they accommodated me, but the skill of their work is top notch. Danny and another gentleman whose name I didn’t catch were quick, but thorough. They were also very nice and interesting to talk to. I will definitely be going back, but most likely booking an appointment first since I probably won’t be as lucky walking in next time lol, considering how popular they are.

I was not impressed with the service. I went for a mani/pedi. I had to keep telling her I needed my cuticles taken care of which she fixed one and that was it. Is that not a thing anymore? I assumed it was part of the manicure. Not just to put on the gel polish and that's it.

I've been to several different nail shops in Charlottesville and Ann's Nails out ranked them. The young man (Jaden) did a wonderful job on my nails and he's a good conversationalist. He's my nail technician and I'm pleased to say my nails are growing also looking fabulous 💅...3 thumbs up 👍👍👍

Jayden is awesome!! I almost hate saying that cause I want him just for me! Everyone is amazing and they are super nice. Always a great atmosphere whether busy or not!
