Friendly but unskilled with natural hair and coloring. They use licensed and unlicensed hands to accommodate multiple heads but that is unsafe and creates unnecessary/damaging mistakes.

I love the atmosphere!!! I have been in the area for a while and it was difficult to find a hair salon that fit with my needs. Ann's Private Cuts exceeded my expectations!!! I highly recommend!!!

I needed a last minute haircut before I went home for the holidays and I tried a few other places that were either rude or long waits. but then I found Ann's place and they were above and beyond from the beginning. polite and helpful, they got me a spot with minimal wait time and had the best energy all around by all of their workers and Barbers. on top of the great service and energy I got a seriously talented cut that has gotten countless compliments with my family as it has nothing short of saved my life. thank you Ann, -Jesus

Ann private cuts!!! Those ladies rescued me and my hair disaster !! Mist places people leave the salons pretty early like at 3 and 4 but Ann and Carol were still slaying in the salon at 5pm.Thanks Ladies!!!

I called an made an appointment, and whenever I showed up, I was told it was going to be an additional hour wait. Not only did I waste my gas, and pay tolls to get to this place, but they wasted my time. I will never go back, as the first introduction was highly unprofessional and careless.

Enforces masks for customers without heads up. Do not support a company that avoids transparency. And.... a little common sense.... if someone wears a shield, what makes them so protected if the other person carries and uses a shield? There is initial protection for the individual with the shield....right? A uneducated and fearful merchant should not be in business ;)

My Second time going here on Saturday January 14th , & I was so upset when I was done, I just bit the bullet and accepted that I messed up Coming back. I didn't expect that a roller set & edge up could go so wrong. I paid for a staw-set when curl rods were used. What topped it off the Owner came over to fix the edge up and complement the style knowing my edge up was taken to far up. This is really sad that She couldn't Own the mistakes made by the staff member that she allowed to do my hair when I booked the service with her.I like to support Black own Business but we gottado better. They are really sweet and professional but don't sugar coat mess ups and when a client book a service with a pacific stylist, don't pawn them off on someone else. I wish the business well.

It was my 1st time there.Mrs Ann did a wonderful job on my hair..we talked for a little about my son.and at the end we talked bout my hair..THE woman in the shop did a wonderful job on everyone hair in and out. I felt like I was home there..see you in two weeks..

Very kind and friendly staff but I was very disappointed in my results. I should've voiced my concerns while I was there but as I said they were super nice. My hair was completely fried after bleach was applied to my already blonde ends. Toner wasn't applied which is fine because it would have only caused more damage. After two years of trying to grow to desired length I was forced to cut it all off 😭. Eyebrow tint was also applied with with little care
