Checked it out for the first time today and Cherry did an amazing job! She was super sweet and her attention to detail was definately noticed! The shop was very clean and everyone seems friendly. I will absolutely be back to see Cherry again!

It's the new year, January 2025 and I gold glitter. Nails done by Ann, as usual! I will only go to Ann's Spa and Nails. It is a great place for a Pedi and Mani, be it natural, fill or gel. I highly recommend this business. You won't be disappointed!

Got my nails done today at Ann’s Spa and Nails. I have been with Ann for about 20 years and have always been treated great and happy with the results. Ann has great employees that work for her. Please give them a call and tell them Debbie sent you!!

I previously reviewed this place as 5 stars, but with my recent experience I am changing that. I went to Ann’s spa and nails yesterday for a pedicure and my toe is now getting infected from the employee not using sterile objects. I should have walked out the second the employee pulled out a grater in a ziploc baggie and a piece of paper towel. The employee cut around my toe so awful that it is now swollen and in pain. Also, just to add to my experience, after paying $55, the employee did not put top coat on my right foot entirely. Overall, awful experience and I will not be back.

I’ve been going here for two years and haven’t been happier. The service is amazing and the staff is incredibly kind and talented. I have high school aged daughters and they love going here too. Scheduling is flexible and I never have a problem getting in. Facilities are clean, modern, and the services match. Highly recommend.

Terrible experience dealing with the owner. My dip nails were cracking after 3 days of getting them done. When I came back get them fixed (to which they were 15 min past my appointment while a worker was sitting in a pedicure chair on her phone) they were giving me a hard time with pricing, given I was only there so they could fix the low quality nails done from them to begin with. They put blame on me saying because I have almond shaped nails they can crack (never had this issue at other places in the last 5 years). After they “fixed” this set I come to find out my nails now glow in the dark. When confronted about this she once again put blame on me saying they don’t have glow in the dark polish. She was very rude while not trying to understand me. I spent money on two sets of full nails that ended up awful and she refused any sort of refund after these terrible experiences. Absolutely do not trust them. The only positive is that the ladies who work the front desk are very sweet and understanding.

I just went my first time after a friend recommended this salon to me. The receptionist was so nice and friendly and Anna Vu did my nails and they are gorgeous!! I love them so much and I loved chatting with her. She’s very sweet and gave me exactly what I was looking for and hoping for. I did dip with tips to help my nails grow out this time. Was a little more expensive than I was hoping but she did a great job and the salon was really nice and clean. Definitely would recommend her to anyone and I will be back myself!

I have been coming to Ann’s for about a year and have always loved my nails and the nail techs I have had. I had a terrible experience yesterday with Nick and Lee. The issue was addressed by Lee and Nicks response was to come over and scream aggressively in my face stating that my nails are square and I didn't ask for almond, when I did. He was rude and extremely rough from the moment I sat in his chair. He proceeded to laugh and talk about me while I was still in the salon. I am appalled by my experience and will never return.

I love this salon! The chairs are comfortable and the service is excellent! I’ve been going to Dalena for my nails for years now and I wouldn’t trust anyone else. She always does a fabulous job and I get compliments on my nails everywhere I go. Come to Ann’s Nails and if Dalena is available you need to use her! Unless I’m trying to get an appointment then you need to find someone else 🤣

Went in for a mani and pedi. I was immediately rushed and unable to look at color choices of paint because Delina kept giving me the book and telling me to look it that and come sit in the chair. Then she made at least three of my toes bleed. She seemed annoyed I wanted regular paint and not gel after I said no twice. She then proceeded to do my manicure from the pedicure chair and was getting frustrated that I wasn’t holding my hand in the air right or relaxing it enough. That’s why the manicure should’ve been done at the appropriate station. She rushed it, didn’t have me wash the acetone off my hands before painting my nails. I wanted a clear coat with some shimmer but got a very glittery paint that I think asked to be removed. She also seemed annoyed at that. I don’t think I will be back.

Ann's spa and nails is an amazing place. The people are friendly, warm, all of the artists that work there are really skilled at what they do. They make you feel very special as they're doing your service. Ann, the owner, is the person who does my nails. She is absolutely brilliant. She does things that are different and very creative we have a lot of fun. I give her a color she goes to town and does what she wants. And the things that she creates are none short of amazing. I recommend this place to anyone. If you're looking for a place to get your pedicures or to get your manicures or to get your nails done look no further. This place is amazing! And I would recommend it to anyone.

Everytime I go to Ann’s everyone is so nice and accommodating. Jojo is fabulous! I’ll show her a pic of a nail design and she NAILS it everytime! Highly recommend this nail salon.

Had an appointment for a gel manicure. They took me at the requested time. Love the color but once I got home I noticed all the bubbles all over my nails. For $50 not impressed.

Great prices and love my gel pedi. A little rushed, but I feel like the job was done well. Only complaint is that it’s kind of stinky and really dirty. This place needs a really really deep cleaning service done. The cup holders at the pedi stations are atrocious and looking around the place, everything is pretty gross. But the service was good, so I’ll give it another try.

I have been trying to find somewhere to get a good gel pedi. I randomly chose Ann’s nails & decided to go to Cherry! Best pedicure I’ve ever had! I stand on my feel all day so I’m very picky with how my feet feel after a pedi. My feet have never felt softer & she took her time with me, but still got me out in good timing! I can’t wait to surprise my mom for Mother’s Day with a pedicure from Cherry!

Positives: same day appointment, quick service Negatives: nail tech didn't ask what shape I wanted (I came in with almond and she cut them square and was about to paint them when I mentioned that they were not shaped.) Then two nails chipped after only 48 hours. I've had gel manicures last for weeks at other salons so I'm quite disappointed. $40 for a manicure that lasted two days is unacceptable.
