I want to start off by saying that originally, I didn’t want to write this review, but as I’ve gone on to notice the quality of work, I feel it was Important I shared my experience. This is not to be evil or unkind. I came into get boho knotless the beginning of July. When I came in, I reviewed with them that I wanted Long knotless boho with curly hair throughout & on the ends. When I shared this, the daughter said they don’t do that, but the owner said they did. I would come to find out that I really wouldn’t have many of the curly ends in the back. I told them that if it was an issue, I would be willing to leave now because I didn’t want to waste time. The owner said no we can do it. I pulled out bundles, that was a problem. I said I can leave if it’s a concern (keep in mind people bring bundles & wigs to other braid shops) & they said “no, but next time I get the bulk braiding hair. It took Almost 12 hours (6 hours on 2 days) & as soon as I got home, & wet the hair, many of the curly ends in the back slid out. When I Called to inform her, she blamed it on The bundles, but I stated IN PERSON that I would leave if it was A problem. She accepted the money. Same day I noticed my natural hair sticking out of braids, multiple different sizes, a crooked part, & overall inconsistency. Although I don’t like my braids super tight in the front, these are extremely loose after not even a month. I sleep with a bonnet and have satin pillow cases and yet these braids look two months old. The saddest part is that I’ve been to them before & I felt I could trust them. I went to another braid shop and was completely embarrassed after they told me that the person who did my braids did terrible & they felt bad that I wasted money. Everything is about growth & improvement. I hope they will use this as learning opportunity.

** The ladies here are very kind, Christian spirits, and extremely hard workers who aim to please. ** However, I visited on a day where they had recently moved into their new Fayetteville location around New Year's Eve, and I understand, ** However the place was in complete disarray! They did not spray down the chair prior to sitting me in there immediately following another client, and did not place a proper cape over me. ** Part of being a business owner is making sure- prior to opening your doors, that your atmosphere is made comfortable and more importantly CLEAN before servicing your clients. ADVICE: PLEASE PROVIDE CLEAN CAPES, TOWELS, AND A CLEANER BATHROOM WITH A WASTE RECEPTACLE AS NEEDED. ** BECAUSE OF THEIR ATTENTIVENESS -- I WILL RETURN AND HOPEFULLY THE PLACE WILL BE IN MUCH MUCH BETTER SHAPE.

Got in the same day as this was last minute. My husband and son were able to get their hair braided and it was very close to where I live. Customer service was good. Has a lot of chairs/braiders.

I had an awesome experience with this salon. Ms Gloria and her daughter made me feel comfortable and welcomed. They made positive recommendations for hi-lights and I love the outcome! I would recommend this salon for any braiding style you might be looking for, they can do it all! Will definitely return.

I must say…I love the experience I had here. The owner and her daughter did an AMAZING job on my hair. It was done EXACTLY as I envisioned. They were gentle and so kind. Professionalism is beyond. I did my hair for the first time a couple years ago. I moved out of state for a while but as soon as I returned I had to go and see these ladies. They had moved but now have a new location(I will go wherever they move lol). I definitely will return every couple months to have my box braids redone. I thank you so much ladies and keep up the GREAT work. You have a long lasting devoted customer here😊😊😊

I stopped by anointed fingers prior to leaving for college. The owner was so kind and was able to work me into the schedule a day before I had to go on the plane. She washed, blow-dried and gave me 4 feed in braids. The braids were very neat, a little bit snug haha but not unbearably tight. They definitely will last me for an extended time. The owner even treated the hair I had put in at my request. Everyone was super nice! I would like to come back for box braids, as I saw two Ladies in there who received them and they looked extremely neat. Thank you so much Gloria! Update: I returned to get box braids and they were amazing! The style lasted me 3 1/2 months and when I took them out it was more my choice rather than the way my hair looked. The braids held up sooo nicely, to the point where about a month in I was still getting compliments on how nice my hair looked. I experienced no extreme hair loss when taking down my braids as the hair was not knitted at my roots. I will be returning once again to get the same style :)

Nope. Won’t be back. I literally got in the car and cried because I’m not a confrontational person but I was truly upset how can you charge me 140 for crotchet and you didn’t even finish the back of my head. And the ones that are in the back are hanging by a thread. This is truly sad for black business why can’t we do right by our people. If I was doing a service I would never not complete the job I’m getting paid to do.

The micro twists that I got are very neat and beautiful. Madam Victoria did an excellent job. She and Ms. Gloria are very friendly and ensured that I was comfortable as I got my hair done. I am satisfied with the service they provide and I definitely will be going back.

This location did not stand by their work. I got braids and after 3 days it looked like I had them for months. They refuse to redo them or fix them. Don't use this business.

First visit was great and quick for my knotless. Second visit, I had two people on my head for knotless and it looks like two different hairstyles. Box braids and individuals. Knots all over the place, parts all over the place. They do corrections if you’re not satisfied but why would I want to sit for 8 more hours. Probably won’t go back. If you do come here for knotless, only use “Juicy”

I went to the shop after I had been to two other shops. My hair is thin at the top and I wanted a nice style that would not highlight the condition. The two other shops really did not have any good suggestions but when I visited this shop they suggested kinky twist. And I was able to get my hair done right then. The style came out so good. I felt great. When I went to work I got continuous complements about my hairstyle. Thank You so much!!!!
