My esthetician, Valentina, was so great and I had such a calming experience. The receptionist, Ilda, was so sweet and helpful as well! She even made sure I knew the aftercare steps of my facial! It was great overall and definitely worth coming back again!

Got a last minute facial and wasn’t very impressed for how expensive it was. The treatment was not relaxing, even though I specifically told my technician that de-stress and glow were my main reasons for booking one. The massages of the neck, shoulders and head lasted 1 minute in total maybe. I wish they massaged us while we had a mask on. Instead, she left and I just sat in the room for 10 minutes with a mask. My face didn’t even feel that glowy afterwards. Waste of money. Disappointed

I have been going to this spa for a Brazilian for several years even before they moved to this néw location. Charos is phenomenal, professional, sweet and extremely efficient. Always makes you feel comfortable. Even though I moved to NJ, I still try to find the time to come see her. *painless wax, never double dips. I have been to many other high rated waxing locations. Even the original Brazilan wax place we all probably know about and has been around for years. Nothing compares (trust me). Charos will not disappoint.

I wish I could give it a better review, but my waxing experience today was not what I expected. They make a big deal about their pain free waxing, but my upper half leg wax today was on the more painful side of my previous waxing experiences elsewhere. It was also not a very clean wax job. I noticed missed areas of hair when I got home, and some wax was left on my leg, making it uncomfortable. The three stars are because they were nice and professional.

I’ve been a customer for years. I love Charos and Valentina! They have helped my skin and self esteem so much over the last 5 or 6 years! I just get their deep cleaning facial. I buy all of my products from them as well. I love Ilike and Osmosis! Oh and hydropeptide. Couldn’t recommend this place more!

I realllly wish I liked this place but this was one of the worst facials I have ever received. Trust me when I say I wanted nothing more than to have a great facialist in my own neighborhood but this was so far off from being worth the money. My $125 facial included ONE mask at which point I was left alone in the room for 10 minutes . The extractions were very minimal close to nothing. I’m just confused why there were so many good reviews for this place? Clearly no one getting facials. Take your money and get TWO facials at heyday or somewhere else in the city instead . Really disappointed in this place and such a waste of money for a facial the same quality of one I give myself at home.

I’ve been getting facials with Charos (the owner) for over 10 years and she is absolutely the best. She takes her time and literally extracts your pores diligently. I’m neurotic and have tons of pores and unfortunately they get clogged. She does an amazing job and you never have to worry about what she puts on your face... I believe she only uses organic products and explains what she’s applying during the whole facial. My fiancé and I won’t go to anyone else.

Went for a full leg and Brazilian wax. I was waxed by Charos. Service was great! Charos really knows how to minimize the pain and she's fun to talk to. Price is reasonable, corresponds with what's on the website and no surprises. They take covid measures seriously which is also reassuring. Would definitely recommend!

great Brazilian waxing. I'd had a terrible experience with one at a different local place last summer. I was very nervous to try again. But, Klara was great.
