They do not answer their phone. Instead there is a message for new customers to leave a detailed voicemail and they will call back by end of the day. I did this twice and waited several days but never received a call back. I guess they don't want customers who just need a simple haircut.

I was introduced to this salon by a close friend that had nothing but positive things to say about it's staff a particularly Michelle so I have been going here for at least 2 years. Reasonably priced and up on current styles
