I went first time for threading for full face. staff there is very unprofessional.They were talking in Punjabi which other client don’t understand. The person was doing my threading was not Hygienic and did not sanitize their hands. powder was here and there on my clothes and on counter and was not closed left open for contamination. i was constantly reminded that i have lots of hair. Instead of doing her job of hair threading. i have PCOS and felt so bad about going there and by listening that i had hair that they can not thread .very expensive i was ripped $55 . will never go back!

The worst hair cut of my life. So random and thoughtless, irregular hair lengths. Utter disrespect and disregard for customer needs. A lady with short hair is the hair stylist beware of her.

Worst ever service.. Veena is arrogant, unprofessional and always commenting on people and saying you have lot of growth. Comments on back of people if they didn’t tip properly. She gets angry easily. My wife requested to make the eyebrows thinner and mentioned that last time other person made it thinner. She got angry and threw stuff at the mirror directing to schedule an appointment next time with the same person and misbehaved. If we ask her for some corrections then she will get furious. Previously, she handled roughly while doing the hand waxing and got rashes on my skin after she did waxing.

I had terrible experience with sarita for shaping my eyebrows. She did it so roughly that it literally gave me scratches above both my eyebrows apparently visible on my forehead. Also, she was talking on phone all the time while she was doing my legs waxing. Few months back also I had the bad experience of getting harsh eyebrows threading (that gave me bloody scratches on forehead) by another service lady here. It seems like some of the staff doesnt take their clients seriously.
