I liked my experience. My nail stylist-Michelle was kind and patient. I just wish they would do upgrades to the look and decor of the entire nail and hair salon (pedicure stations, nail stations, etc )

Some of the staff are rough and rude. Both ladies (the pedicure and the one doing my hands) clipped a piece of my finger off which was very painful. They claimed to be taken off my cuticles, more like a chunk of meat off my finger and toe. Will not go back at all.

I go here because it’s close by but I don’t like that they are speaking to everyone that works there while your trying to relax n get your feet done, and they are speaking in Chinese, which I kno is their native tongue, however it makes me feel like they are talking about my feet, lol. Anyway the place needs a makeover! Everything looks dirty, a few girls there are sweet. So I gave it 3 stars, but I myself like to relax or even close my eyes, but the talking back n fourth gets under my skin, but they really are thorough when doing your feet, not so thorough when doing nails, I always see them adding clear to all the nail polish bottles, so the colors don’t always look like the color you picked in the book

I would never get my feet done there again! The nails depend on the technician. The last lady that did my nails was fast,but I found alot wrong with it when I got home. The unevenness of them. I like the place although a bit expensive.

Some of the nails are nice but got damn them hands are crusty me chippy and ashy. Please use filter these hands damn near every one is dishonor y’all couldn’t put lotions on your clients hand. They look like hiked up chicken foot

Some of them do a good job, & some don't. They're very expensive, but you have to watch them, when they're adding up all of your services. And watch them when they're giving you your change back. They will try to cheat you, & act like it was a mistake. So, just be careful. And they should to stop watering down the polish.
